We originally made the booking for our three dogs, but sadly our oldest passed away about a week before the trip. When I shared the news with Anne she was incredibly kind and sympathetic. Leaving our girls was hard after the recent loss of our oldest, but I had no doubt Anne would take excellent care of them—and she did not disappoint! I was impressed by the detailed updates which included pictures. She took them for walks in addition to outdoor time in her backyard and let them sleep with her. Mrs. Nan was patient with her, loved on my girl as much as rogue allowed, encouraged her to eat when she was depressed, and checked on her through out the day when Rogue decided to hide in her crate instead of playing with Nate. So many pictures were provided to us while we were on vacation, and that alone put us at ease! I didn't want my doggo in a kennel at a facility, so I turned to Jennifer, and she didn't disappoint! Onyx looked so incredibly happy and enjoyed spending time with the other doggos. My fiance and I 100% recommend Jennifer and her services for anyone looking for a dog sitter.
Wai was amazing. We would recommend her to anyone, especially to someone who has a senior dog. Our dog is 19, can't see or hear well and requires a lot of attention to make sure he knows where he is, how to find his food/water and bed, and to make sure he doesn't hurt himself. Wai has experience caring for senior animals so knew exactly what to do. We are super grateful for her commitment to making sure he felt comfortable and safe. That was a huge relief to us while we were away.
Pen has a wonderful time with Rebecca. This is his fifth or sixth visit and he’s looking forward to a several week stay during our vacation. He’s clearly very relaxed and happy every time we pick him up from a visit. They have lots of walks and quality time, what more could he ask for!
Our flights were unexpectedly canceled last night, and we weren’t able to fly out until Thursday. Alexandra stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of our pets during a very stressful situation. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and reassuring, and we were so relieved knowing our pets were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the way she helped us out and took care of everything. Truly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Brian immediately connected with Narius and had a very calm and steady presence that helped put my dog at ease. He updated me regularly with photos and comments about how Narius was doing, and took him to the dog park,let him run around, get some energy out and have fun. Brian is intelligent and communicative and I will definitely rebook him.
