“I was so nervous to find a caregiver for our Zoey. The reason is Zoey is a 3 year old epileptic boxer. Even though her seizures are controlled I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to keep her overnight and be responsible for her medication. Then I found Jennifer on Rover. Our flights were unexpectedly canceled last night, and we weren’t able to fly out until Thursday. Alexandra stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of our pets during a very stressful situation. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and reassuring, and we were so relieved knowing our pets were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the way she helped us out and took care of everything. Truly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Amara took great care of our boy Moon. She sent photos and videos of him all throughout his stay, and he looked at ease and happy in all of them. The large play yard was a perfect place for him to run and explore, and it felt good knowing he was getting play time and snuggles while we were gone. Will definitely call on Amara again.
She was great with my dog, super communicative, sent pics/vids, and was flexible when my plans changed. Being new to town, I was nervous leaving my dog with a stranger, but she made the whole thing smooth and my dog seemed to enjoy his time with her. Definitely would recommend!
Brian immediately connected with Narius and had a very calm and steady presence that helped put my dog at ease. He updated me regularly with photos and comments about how Narius was doing, and took him to the dog park,let him run around, get some energy out and have fun. Brian is intelligent and communicative and I will definitely rebook him.
