About Wai M.

Safety, trust & environment

I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem! Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure they're never in a dark corner alone, which also allows for visibility when I am just resting. There are also have regular metal crates and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.

Information Wai M. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know about any behavioral or special needs conditions they may have! Having cared for a senior special needs dogs, I understand how particular they can be and each have their own personality and quirks! For special needs dogs, I would like their medical history as well as any recent accidents for I can accommodate them, and any gadgets they need to ensure they are always comfortable. (i.e. a blind dog halo or wheelchair)

A typical day

Fun activities for me and my buddies include chasing each other in a game of tag and playing tug of war with a designated toy. Although I do not run in any capacity, I do walk very fast so brisk walks are a must for me and was something I did regularly when my family dogs are in town. There are also stimulation toys with treats that we have in abundance! Not to brag but I did raised a Belgian Malinois German shepherd Malamute Rottweiler mix from puppy to adulthood and let me tell you, that was hard as it gets but he can go off leash and obey commands like any other! (He's the brown and black one in the photos!)

Pet care experience

I recently lost my senior disabled dog and would love another pet, however I am still healing and need time. With that said, I would love to open my home to any dog who needs it. I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day! They can walk unleashed (never with your babies tho!) and know many commands, even protective ones! I love dogs and hope this can be mutually beneficial.
