I worked as a veterinarian assistant when I was younger now I am a retired teacher and I have a 13 year-old diabetic dog that I give insulin shots to twice a day and an 18-year-old cat that always needs special attention. Greg was driving on the Veterans Express way and he saw a stray kitten who was scared and dodging speeding cars. Greg pulled over and immediately risked his safety to attempt to try to save the cat, while calling 911. Of course, 911 does not take these calls so they sent him to animal control who would not come to help. He called me heartbroken that no one would help.
