It is a lovely warm, relaxed atmosphere in the house. Maisie loves going there and is always exhausted when I am picking her up after her busy day - Paula walks her in the Castle Park and she is kept entertained in the house with Paula and her family. Paula is also mindful of and helpful in working on Maisie’s puppy behaviors like chewing and picking up rubbish!!! It is great to have found such a nice family to look after Maisie and I hope that they will mind Maisie regularly🐾🐾🐾”

Max has a separation anxiety and he can’t stay alone at home that’s why everytime there’s someone at home - me or my husband. We work hybrid. We have an end of terrace garden where your dog is more than welcome. We do not accept fur so only dogs with hair please. We also don’t accept cats. Our Max is like a baby to us so your dog will feel right at home with us. Your dog is more than welcome. If your after someone who will look after your pet as if it was their own im your girl. *important to note i work monday, tuesday (5pm-10pm) thursdays (3pm-10pm) drop ins for evenings can be before these or possibly after depending on distance. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three- or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-in visits, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12.00 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
