“Deborah took care of my pets for 4 days while we were out of town. We received notifications on her arrival and when she left along with pictures of our pets. Deborah communicated with us and let us know how they were doing and responding with her. This gave us great peace of mind and we knew they were happy and being well taken care of. Deborah was a true gift to us and we appreciate her! Thank you Deborah!! This was our first experience using Rover and feel it is set up very well with communication between the petsitter and us, verifying our pets care and ease in payment too.”

“Kai was very helpful while I was on Christmas vacation. She always checked on my cat on time and gave me lots of updates. I couldn't be happier and will hire again in the future 😄”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies learning their manners to senior pets who need a little extra love and patience. I’m comfortable with training, daily routines, and making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. To me, pets are family, and I’ll treat yours with the same love and attention as my own. I’m home full-time with plenty of flexibility and reliable transportation, making it easy to provide dependable care whenever it’s needed. I genuinely enjoy helping both people and pets, and I love taking breaks for belly rubs, walks, and plenty of snuggles. I have a spacious fenced yard where pets can safely play and explore, along with a friendly dog companion for those who enjoy company (or quiet time if they prefer being on their own). I can also crate pets if needed. My priority is making sure every pet feels comfortable, cared for, and loved while having a fun, positive experience.

“Jacquelyn was excellent with our two doggies. She took great care of them, and I love how she kept us informed throughout the whole time we were away. The photos she included were very much appreciated. I definitely recommend entrusting your doggies in Jacquelyn’s care.”

About: I have had anywhere from 2-5 dogs at all ages of my life and many breeds such as Labs, GSPs, chihuahuas, and mixes of everything in between! I currently have two large breed female dogs that are my babies, and I would love to meet and take care of yours! I am a full-time student, but am free many afternoons and most weekends. I live with my sister who I share my dogs with, so I am flexible in where I can be and when! All of my friends and family commend me on how good of a dog mom I am, and I can truly say my dogs are my kids! Safety and health is my number 1 priority, as well as keeping them happy and comfortable.

About: Hi, I’m Maria! I’ve been pet sitting since I was 16 and have experience with both dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets with special needs, including those who require daily medication — so I’m comfortable with administering pills or other treatments and following specific care instructions closely. What sets me apart is how seriously I take this responsibility — I’m calm, reliable, and I always make sure your pet feels safe, seen, and loved while you're away. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior cat who just wants company, I adjust my care to fit each animal’s needs. I truly enjoy what I do, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, so I’m available early mornings, evenings, and weekends to walk, play, and care for your pets. I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention outside of my work hours. I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play and explore, surrounded by peaceful nature trails perfect for walks. At home, I have my own dog, Bo, and cat, Kitty Kitty, who are both friendly and well-behaved. Bo doesn’t sleep in a crate, and I’m happy to follow that routine for your pets if you prefer — or I can crate them if that’s what they’re used to. If your dog or cat doesn’t get along with other animals, I’m experienced in keeping them separated comfortably to ensure everyone stays safe and stress-free. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities, whether they’re with me or in their own home.

About: I’ve been fostering and volunteering at animal shelters for over 10 years so working with animals has been a big part of my life for a long time. I really love animals and care about making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m dependable easygoing and good at picking up on what each pet needs whether it’s a slow walk for a senior pup or some patience with a nervous rescue. A bonus: I love photography so you'll definitely get photos of your fur-baby while you're away. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can usually fit in walks or drop ins during the day. I’ve been fostering and volunteering with animals for years and I’ve had members of my own fur family for 20 years. Pet care has always been a big part of my life and I’m used to balancing it with my routine and making sure pets get the time and attention they need. Whether I’m at your place or mine, I focus on keeping pets comfortable and happy. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible and follow any instructions you give me. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, meds, and just hanging out giving lots of love. I always keep things clean and safe so you don’t have to worry.

“This is the 2nd time I have had her as my sitter and she was prompt , remembered my care instructions for my senior dog , and updated me once she got here . Thank you Summer !!!”

“Mariah is great! She is nice, professional, punctual, and a good communicator. It’s easy to see that she loves dogs! Our two German Shepherds warmed up to her immediately. We already have her rebooked for two housesitting stays and have no doubt that our dogs and house will be well taken care of.”

About: I have spent a lot of time pet sitting, but I’d like to get more action with dog walking as well. I have an Aussie and I love being very active! I trained him as a puppy and he is a certified ESA. With that, I have a lot of patience and dog training experience. I am also very active and work in healthcare, so I accept challenges head-on. I’ll be starting PA school in January and instead of taking time off work, I will be living out my dreams and loving on pups and cats through Rover during my time before school and hopefully during! I have an Aussie so he is very high energy and loves attention. I love playing tug and going for walks with Ozzy. He is a herding dog so I run in circles with him so he gets that enrichment. I enjoy meeting new friendly animal faces and human faces. I am very outgoing just like Ozzy and fitness and community involvement is very important to me. As far as my actual schedule: I am very flexible so just ask and I can make it work. Monday through Friday is ideal but I can do Saturday as well This depends on the animal’s unique needs. An elderly dog or cat needs much different care than a pup or kitten I am very attentive and caring and take frequent potty breaks since I like being active

About: I’ve had experience taking care of a wide range of dogs from puppies to seniors with different weight, sizes and breeds. I’ve grown up with family pets and I’ll make sure yours is treated like one of my own. My availability is flexible at the moment. I’m able to work with you and your requests during the week and weekends for your pet’s needs. In my client’s homes, I would treat your pets with the utmost care and plenty of play time. I would also fulfill any requirements your pet would need such as medication, bathroom breaks, and feedings. If you have a puppy, I will respect your training regimen that you have set such as restricted areas and crate rules.

Maria G.
“Maria G. was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two pups, Max and Luna, while we were away on a week-long cruise, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met her, I felt totally at ease. She kept us updated daily with photos and little notes about their walks, meals, and playtime, which meant the world to us while we were out of the country. Max can be a little shy at first, but he warmed up to Maria right away—and Luna adored her from the start. They both came home relaxed, happy, and clearly well-loved. It was obvious Maria treated them like her own. We’ll definitely be booking with her again next time we travel. Thank you, Maria, for giving us such peace of mind! — Sarah W.”
