“Harley is amazing! She took care of my house and my cat while I was gone for a week. It took him a while to warm up to a new sitter, but Harley was incredibly patient and kind and let him have his feelings until he was comfortable. Thank you for everything!”

“Another great experience with Megan caring for my dog. I would have a very hard time finding someone who would take such good care of him and that he would be so comfortable with.”

About: I have owned dogs for over 20 years with care from all ages of the lifespan. Dealing with mostly boxers so I can easily deal with the energy or hyperness that your dog might have.I work from home so I am always readily available for your pets needs at anytime of day. I work from home so I am always readily available for your pets needs at anytime of day. I usually take multiple breaks throughout the day with my own dog to take her out or give her attention I have a fenced yard but my dog normally stays inside mostly as she is a house dog and wants to do her business and come inside.
About: Like many, I grew up with a dog. But now, I can’t imagine life without my own sweet 3yr golden retriever. I’ve worked with her to get her certified as a Canine Good Citizen. Since I know how to read dogs and work with them consistently, I always incorporate training and good habits into a walk. I currently have a repeating drop in, and a regular walk that is ending so I’d love to walk more regular puppers! Last year, I also helped care for a house with three dogs (one was a Cane Corso), a cat, an aquarium, and a bearded dragon, so multiple, even large, animals don’t throw me off. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and post-surgery. It can be hard to trust someone else to care for your furry companions, so I look forward to the opportunity to make you feel comfortable and your pets feel loved and cared for! Feel free to reach out for a meet & greet first, so I can get to know you and your furry friend. I work part time, so dog walks and drop-ins fit easily into my week. I’m currently walking for one regular client and have a lot of availability. Before I leave, I check that doors and gates are secure, confirm collar and leash fit, and make sure water is filled. I’ve worked with food motivated, play motivated, and praise motivated dogs, and adjust my approach to what works for each one. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.

Pet sitting is my job so I’m available anytime throughout the day or night for your pets needs. I would love to help out anyway I can. I have a vehicle ready for any emergency’s. Im more than happy to send updated photos! I’m not boarding but I will travel for your pets needs.

About: I’ve taken care of Dogs and Cats since I was about 12 years old. My family, neighbors and friends rely on me to watch their pets and I can confidently say I’ve done a great job every time! I am currently a college student so my schedule revolves around my school schedule. However, I don't have a problem fitting in clients where needed. Just ask me and I can adjust! I want all of my clients to feel comfortable with the way I treat their pet. I would like to hear what is preferred in sitting and go from there. Safety wise I am always making sure that the pet I am watching is within eye site and trusts me to keep them safe. If not, I will work around this and continue to build trust while I sit them!
About: I am familiar with hunting dog breeds in training and behavior. I am also familiar with small breed dogs. I have trained my Wirehair pointer to hunt and have a Puggle that loves to snuggle. They are both high energy and I know how to get it all out. I am very hands on with them and supervise all activities. I am currently working a day job and will be available after 2:30pm. I can do overnight stays and visits if needed. I am available anytime during the weekends. I have a privacy fenced back yard and a chain link fenced front yard. My dogs are not allowed in the front yard without supervision as my large dog could jump the fence. The back yard has a doggy pool for hot summer days! Again all activities in the yard or house are monitored.
About: I have had many pet growing up. I have cared for puppies ranging from small to large dogs. I have the energy to play with puppies and enjoy the company of all pets. I do online school and football workouts in the afternoon for a few hours. Besides that I am home and available. Weekends I am home as well. There are many pets in my neighborhood. We have a dog park and a very nice path to walk behind my apartment complex. I can handle a leash as well.
About: I have a passion and love for dogs. I have many experiences around dogs and cats. I worked at a rescue for volunteer hours and I also have 3 dogs myself. I am very gentle and aware of my surroundings and will put your animals needs as an absolute priory when around them. My current job has me working from 6 AM Monday–Friday, but thankfully I only work a few minutes from home! Because of that, I’m available for drop-in visits anytime after 8 AM during the week. For house sitting, I’m happy to let pets out early in the morning, pop in during the early afternoon to let dogs out again, and of course spend the evening/night with them while I’m staying. On weekends, I’m completely flexible and can accommodate visits or house sitting anytime! 😊 I ensure my full and undivided attention is on your animals at all times. Not only that but I am willing to provide best care possible at one’s house and ensure the house is kept mess free from your animals and or myself.
About: I've loved dogs and cared for them all my life. I have a special place in my heart for the scent hound breeds! I understand what dogs need to be comfortable and thrive, and I am honored that you put trust in me to take care of your four-legged family members. I'll spoil your babies as I do my own. I have three dogs of my own that are very well spoiled and cared for. I do not have human children, so I can focus my efforts on your baby. Pets are family members in my home. They have free reign to rest where they choose while they are here. I love pets and cuddles! Dogs are not crated unless requested or absolutely necessary or directed. I feed in separate rooms to avoid possessive behaviors, and dogs are always monitored and supervised while playing together. I take directions very well and will make sure to care for your babies just as you would if you were here with them.
About: With a lifelong passion for animals, I bring years of experience in caring for dogs and other pets. Growing up, I had two dogs, one of whom was a trained service dog, both of whom sadly passed away when I was 12. Today, I am the proud owner of two energetic young dogs, Bleu (2 years old) and Frankie (1.5 years old), as well as a social and playful 1-year-old cat who loves interacting with both dogs and people. I understand how important your pets are, and I would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies as you would, ensuring they receive the attention, love, and care they deserve while you’re away. Let me help provide you with peace of mind, knowing your pets are in great hands. Contact me today to discuss your pet care needs! I am currently a full time student at front range community college, but I make time for the furry friends! My schedule is very open. I have a fenced yard with two furry dogs and one fluffy cat. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
