About: Like many, I grew up with a dog. But now I have the joy of training my own sweet 3yr golden as my own service animal. She is a certified Canine Good Citizen with public access. Since I know how to read dogs and work with them consistently, I always incorporate training and good habits into a walk. I’m currently walking for one client right now and I’d love to walk more regular puppers! Last year I also helped care for a house with three dogs (one was a Cane Corso), a cat, an aquarium, and a bearded dragon, so multiple, even large, animals don’t throw me off. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.

And able to travel… have a place out of state you need pets and home looked after? For boarding in my home…I have two separate fenced yard’s. A total of about a half an acre. Very secure and landscaped. The big yard has gardens and a ditch that dogs love to sniff around. And a small yard in case your dog doesn’t want to be around my dogs 😊. I also have a doggie door that goes out to a fenced in small area. I have three medium size dogs that are extremely mellow couch potatoes and get along with all dogs! While currently we do not have any pets, due to the passing of 3 dogs within a year due to age, we miss having animals around and in our home. About: My husband, Aaron, and I have always had dogs. We love taking our pup on daily walks and watching her explore. I have raised a pair of yellow labs from 8 weeks old to nearly 15 years old and my latest German Shepherd was almost 14 (sadly, I recently had to put her down). Usually weekends are free and I can try to be as flexible as possible with arrangements. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.
