About: I’ve taken care of Dogs and Cats since I was about 12 years old. My family, neighbors and friends rely on me to watch their pets and I can confidently say I’ve done a great job every time! I am currently a college student so my schedule revolves around my school schedule. However, I don't have a problem fitting in clients where needed. Just ask me and I can adjust! But in the past I’ve had every animal you could think of…Potbelly pigs, sugar gliders, hedgehogs, Caiman gator, chameleons, goats, turkeys, ducks… I love animals! I have been involved with dog shows over the past 40 years ( do not currently show at all). Did mostly obedience and agility. And was very involved with our breed rescue group. Let your pet stay home with loving and compassionate care for your pet in the comfort of a familiar and safe environment. I am available anytime, as I said I am retired 😊 and home all the time. And able to travel… have a place out of state you need pets and home looked after? For boarding in my home…I have two separate fenced yard’s. A total of about a half an acre. Very secure and landscaped. The big yard has gardens and a ditch that dogs love to sniff around. And a small yard in case your dog doesn’t want to be around my dogs 😊. I also have a doggie door that goes out to a fenced in small area. I have three medium size dogs that are extremely mellow couch potatoes and get along with all dogs! For overnight stays or drop in visits in your home… Again I will try to keep them on their regular schedule and work with you for whatever you need for your pet!

About: Like many, I grew up with a dog. But now, I can’t imagine life without my own sweet 3yr golden retriever. I’ve worked with her to get her certified as a Canine Good Citizen. Since I know how to read dogs and work with them consistently, I always incorporate training and good habits into a walk. My walks stay consistent, using positive reinforcement, and allowing for plenty of “sniffari” time for enrichment. On days over 95F, I’ll swap the walk for a drop-in instead, to keep the dog safe from the heat.
