“Saira was fantastic with our Aussie, Meka! We travel across the country in our RV and, from time to time, find that we need the services of Rover. I requested Saira while in the area and she was very quick to respond! Our dog loved her and her daughter upon meeting and she appeared very happy and well taken care of during their drop in visit! I will absolutely request Saira again the next time we need assistance! Thank you very much!!”

“Jaclyn is an absolutely fabulous sitter and instantly felt like a part of our family. Our usually shy, anxious kitty Daisy warmed up to her immediately which is incredibly unusual, but Jaclyn clearly has an innate ability to make pets feel safe, secure and loved in her presence. Her communication is excellent- she sent multiple photos, videos and updates with every drop in and went above and beyond to take care of not just Daisy, but also a group of outside community cats that we feed who *also* took to her right away. When we got home from our trip, our kitty was calm, content and like we’d never left (whereas in the past when others have fed her in our absence she would be anxious and hide for a couple of hours until she re-acclimated). Jaclyn is kind, calm, observant, caring, thorough and communicative. I now can’t imagine ever asking anyone else but Jacky to take care of Daisy when we’re away, and am so grateful to have found her. I can’t stress how much she loves all animals, and it translates in her work when she cares for them. I feel so comfortable with her in our home and can’t wait to have her back. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. I think Daisy misses her already 💖🐾”

“emmie is the best! she’s my go-to gal, so reliable and communicative and she was so great with my cat. he’s a rescue and older, so a little shy around new people but immediately felt comfortable with her. highly recommend!”

“Margaux was wonderful to work with. I had a business meeting in the east Bay Area and was going to be gone for about 12 hours. Margaux made it very easy to come by and give my boy a nice break and playtime during the long day. I also appreciated the amazing photos she took during her visit! Thank you Margaux for checking in on Teddy for me!”

“This was our first time leaving our baby girl Ela ( 2.5 yr old kitty) and having Jennifer being there to take care of her made it a little easier. Jennifer was amazing, her communication was spectacular, she really went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with missing our baby. She was sweet, caring and very loving towards our baby. I wrote out a book of directions (LOL) and she followed them exactly. Jennifer, Thank you so much for caring for our little Ela ❤️ We will definitely reach out again in the future.”

“Kyle Is so kind with our puppy and even with our turtle. He doesn’t have to take care of her and he does no charge and takes pictures of her and Layla’s. I 100% recommended him! About: I have always had dogs and cats in my life. I know and understand the happiness they bring to you. Pets gravitate toward me likely because they feel my excitement and joy to see them. I pet sit for my family and friend's pets of all sizes. I take care of them as I would my own pets. I work from home and make my own schedule. Therefore, I have a lot of flexibility. I am very dependable with a no excuses attitude. I will work with you to discuss how to keep your pet safe including talking about things your pet dislikes to create a trusting interaction.
About: I’ve been around animals my entire life—especially dogs like golden retrievers, goldendoodles, cocker spaniels, labradors, newfoundlands, beagles, and aussiedoodles. I currently have a 2-year-old pup and have raised dogs from 12 weeks old, as well as cared for senior dogs, giving me hands-on experience with all kinds of temperaments, needs, and challenges. From high-energy dogs that need long runs to shy, slower companions, I’ve learned to adapt and care for them all. I’ve also completed online courses in veterinary assistance, further deepening my understanding of animal care. My lifelong experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, and energy levels truly sets me apart. Pet care fits into my routine well since I work part-time and also have some work-from-home flexibility. Because of my part-time schedule, I do ask for at least a week’s notice to make sure I can plan accordingly. That said, I still have plenty of free time and would love to spend it giving pets the love, attention, and care they deserve. For walks and drop-in visits, I focus on keeping pets happy, comfortable, and safe in their own space. I refresh water, feed if needed, offer play or cuddles, and tailor walks to their energy level and routine.
About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember. I’m currently a dog sitter for my mom whenever she goes out of town. At most, I have taken care of 3 dogs and 2 cats at one time. I have a 6 month training in pet grooming where I learned how to read the signs of a scared or uncomfortable dog/cat, and will always respect their space when it comes to a stranger in their area! I’m currently working part time, so it’s easy for me to stop by and check on your pets! It’s more of a hobby for me than a way to make money. I love all pets! I will always make sure your dog or cat is comfortable with me. Whether that’s giving them the space they need, or making sure they received plenty of affection, or simply making sure they’re in the home!

For about 12 years now my close friends and family have entrusted me with the care of their fur babies. You can be sure I will take good care of yours.

I don't shy from much haha I have a very flexible schedule so my day depends on what I want to accomplish. At home, the dogs have me up by 6:30 for breakfast, so mornings aren't an issue When I sit your pet for you, it's like you never left. Your rules, your routine. Tell me how you would like it done, and it will be!
“I booked Joe for the very first time this week, and I’m so impressed! From the initial message to the detailed report afterward, everything was professional and reassuring. Thank you I would definitely book again with him”

When your animal is in my care I will make sure that that animal is safe at all times, I am experienced with all types of leashes and harnesses and I will ensure that your pets safety is number one. About: I have one dog that is turning 5 and have had her for over 4 years. I have taken care of other dogs in the family as well. I also have stayed over nights for extended family pets! I'm currently working part-time and in school Monday and Wednesday mornings. So I still have lots of time to spend with your pets! The safety and comfortability of your pet is my number one priority. So I will do my best to give them time to get used to me and prevent anxiety. I take my dog on several walks during the day when it isn't too hot (don't wanna burn any pet paws!) Howey-in-the-Hills cat parents share their Rover experiences
Margaux is so nice that we hired her twice!! My wife & I consider Margaux to be the most professional and trustworthy pet sitter we could possibly ask for! She is an active listener. Takes notes. Punctual as punctual can be! Our two cats are very shy around people they are not familiar with. With us present and in our absence, both of our cats will come out of hiding to see Margaux. This will tell you everything you need to know about what a kind and caring person Margaux is. Margaux provided us with updates on our two cats while she was still at our house. Both times we hired Margaux was for while my wife & I were away on cruises to other countries. If something went sideways with one of our cats, it's not as if we can hop on the next flight to come home. This is where my wife & I have placed all of our trust in Margaux. Without Margaux, our ability to travel for a week would not be possible. We are hopeful to secure Margaux services again in 2026.
