“My wife and I recently rescued a puppy after making travel plans months earlier. Because our puppy Sophie was still too young for full vaccinations, we were not able to board her with a doggy daycare, and we didn’t have any friends or family available to care for her during our trip. The first meeting went well, and we were confident with our choice to have her take care our puppy during that visit. I follow my heart when it comes to judging people and on meeting Ana & Byron my heart never failed me, they are a very caring couple whom I felt comfortable leaving my Yogi with. They sent pictures and videos showing how he was getting along and playing with other dogs. We will most certainly without a doubt use them again. Rachel is an absolute angel. She got back me to quickly about a last minute emergency boarding for the weekend and set me at ease immediately. Honey's a new addition who has never been left alone, and being a sitter myself, it was difficult being on the customer side for once haha. But she provided so many great pictures and updates on Honey's progress while there, it was a godsend to know she was so well taken care of <3 I almost don't want to recommend her cause I want her available 😂 But absolutely go with Rachel, she's the best! I know I will continue to!
