I have 1 acre of land to exercise, fenced in area, inground pool with splash pad area (if they like to swim, otherwise, access is fenced off). I am willing to FaceTime/communicate with pet parent as needed! (I know how hard it is to be away from our pets). I am an ex-School Counselor who left the field of Education after 16 years. I assist husband with our business but my days are flexible to accommodate boarding bookings. Pets stay indoors. I have a fenced in area with a doggie door for in-out access to grassy area. I also have a crate if needed. Willing to feed your pup as instructed, take walks, and supervise always! If needed or desired, I have the ability to separate my dogs from yours. All my dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart guard and are friendly. I would recommend a visit to my home with pet prior to boarding to allow your dog to get to know me, put your mind at ease, and ensure it’s a great fit for them!

About: I’ve been a dog owner for many years, and my 15-year-old Pomeranian is a very special part of our family. He has been with us for so long that I honestly can’t imagine our home without him. I’m also a mom of three, so we have a busy but loving family home where pets are very much part of everyday life. My kids love dogs, and we’re used to having a furry member of the family around. Having a senior dog has taught me to be patient and pay attention to the little things. I know that older dogs sometimes need a little more rest, more frequent potty breaks, and extra care and attention. We also travel to Egypt and Serbia every year, and my Pomeranian has flown overseas with me many times. I know how much work it can be to travel with a dog, and I also know how hard it is to leave them behind. That’s actually one of the reasons I decided to offer boarding. I’ve had to leave my own dog with people I trusted, and even then, I knew he acted differently because I wasn’t there. I remember wondering if he was okay, if he was comfortable, and if someone was giving him the same attention I would. So when your dog stays with me, I want you to feel comfortable too. I’ll get to know your dog’s routine, personality, feeding schedule and what makes them happy and comfortable. I’ll keep you updated with pictures so you don’t have to wonder how they’re doing. We have a fenced backyard, and I’ll take dogs for daily walks on the beautiful 2-mile path around Stellwagen Farm, which is only a few minutes from our home. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone. To me, they’re not just a booking or another dog staying at my house. They’re someone’s family — just like my Pomeranian is part of mine. I’m a stay-at-home mom and am available pretty much all the time, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I provide a safe, loving home with a fenced backyard,and a finished basement. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m available most of the time and can give your dog lots of attention throughout the day. I also have a senior Pomeranian, so I understand the importance of patience and making sure every dog feels comfortable.

About: At 13 I had the privilege of being a doggy mom, I wouldn’t replace the moments for a thing! I love dogs and they deserve to feel safe and cared for. ROD dog lover! I am now 20 and my bestie for the restie is my fur baby🥰 I am currently doing online school and have a flexible work schedule. About: I've been a dog owner the past decade and have cared for a dog collectively for 15 years total. I am highly observant of their behaviors, needs, health and different ways of communicating. I'm also a great communicator when it comes to responsiveness, sending daily photos and answering any questions. As a bonus, if you are flying out of town, we can provide a free parking space at our home and most likely drop you off and pick you up at either airport for a nominal additional fee to cover gas ($10 Midway, $20 O'Hare) to save you money on a ride share or taxi rate. I am early retired and my wife is typically home from her job as a physician at a nearby hospital before 5 pm. I typically walk our two dogs once a day + let them play in our 1000 sqft fenced dog run that's kept clean and covered in red cedar chips. We have two very friendly dogs and two friendly cats to keep yours company too and play with. We have crates on each level of our home and can even keep your dog isolated (if you want) in a separate room with closed door, while still receiving exercise, attention and proper care.

If they need to be walked 6 times a day, we will do it! Love will be given to any animal in my care!
