About: At Bark & Board West Midtown, our goal is to provide a happy, healthy, and safe environment for your pet when they're away from home. We're pleased to offer the Health Care Commitment Program, which reimburses up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred during your pet’s stay. Enrollment is automatic when your pet attends daycare, covering treatments or diagnoses for incidents that occur during their stay or within 5 days after departure. If veterinary care is needed, we’ll attempt to consult with your pet’s primary vet. If unavailable, we work with local veterinarians to address any medical issues.

“Tevin provided superb care for my 9-month-old puppy over the holiday. During our initial meet & greet on the Beltline, he also demonstrated great skill in teaching my puppy how to walk, rather than pull, on a leash and to remain focused in a very overstimulating environment. I would absolutely recommend Tevin as a sitter and trainer for your dog. I look forward to working with him more in the future.”

“Sarah is the absolute BEST! I trust her more than I trust anyone to take care of Louie. He loves getting dropped off to her and she really makes our workday so much easier knowing he’s in such good hands. We really can’t thank her enough.”

About: I grew up with a sweet dachshund and have been a dog-lover ever since! Andrew and I both work from home full time, and that makes us the go-to pet sitter for neighbors and friends. We’ve had experience with both active dogs and those that might need a little more care and patience. Rest assured, your furry companion will receive all the love, care, and belly rubs they deserve! With a fully remote job and my partner also working remotely, your fur baby will receive round-the-clock care and love! I’m thrilled to offer flexible boarding availability throughout the week and weekends. Your cherished pet will have all the attention and quality time they deserve. While I don’t currently have any pets of my own, my spacious and pet-friendly apartment will cater to your furry friend’s comfort and happiness. I live on the Beltline making it the perfect setting for long walks or quick pee breaks. I’m more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs, whether it is crating them or something else. Your pet’s well-being and trust are at the heart of my care!

“Aneya is very nice and super helpful. We were traveling in Atlanta recently and had to find a daycare for our dog for one day in last minute. Aneya accepted the same day care even though it was a short notice and even helped to pick up our dog from the downtown Atlanta. Aneya took care of the dog carefully and updated us frequently (our dog is a little shy and quiet). We appreciate her thoughtfulness and highly recommend her!”

About: Experience with older dogs. Love to keep them happy with cuddles and walk! I can’t wait to be friends with your pet! I love to meet new dogs. My work from home life style allows for more face to face time with pets! I’m always going on walks and would love some pet company! My spacious home allows for many places to move around or rest. “We love MT so much and Rex loved her like a second mom! He says yes with her 2-3 days a week for 8 months and then when I was out of town and he never wanted to leave. I can’t say enough about her and the way she cares for the dogs! She has the best energy and light.”

“Luis took great care of our 2 fur babies. We felt safe and assured with his care of them. He sent videos and pictures throughout their day care. Highly recommend him as your dog sitter.”

About: Saved rescued and rehomed countless dogs and cats in the last decade alone. Including fostering litters. To my friends and family I am the female Steve Erwin. My love and care doesn’t stop at fur babies but includes reptiles too. I think even the spiders are aware of my catch and release program because I care enough to throw them back in the wild than kill them in my home. I currently parent a 8yr old Yorkie name Bentley and 6yr old bearded dragon named Beauty. I run my own company so I spend a lot of time at home working from home when I am not working directly with clients. For Maximum home time and attention to additional animals I’m opening myself and my Home to boarding on the weekends as well as weekdays I recently downsized to an apartment as a save for a home but I have had no problem boarding up 3 additional dogs plus my one 8yr old 12lb Yorkie who loves to have company. He’s very well behaved an even has become something like a big brother to even the cats I’ve rescued and rehomed. I don’t mind minding any rules for your pet, be it crating or food restrictions. I don’t mind them on the couches either.

About: I’ve been trusted with taking care of animals since high school and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I have a dog of my own who started out as an extremely anxious pup and has now grown to be a well-adjusted, fun-loving companion! I have experience training animals, administrating medication, and generally having patience for whatever your pet may need. :) I work hybrid and am home all day to fully attend to your pet on days I’m remote! Even when I’m in-person, my work is flexible to allow me to come home to check in on your pet and take them out for a well-needed walk or play time or cuddle session! My pet-friendly apartment is filled with tons of green space and a dog park for your pup! I’m a 10 minute walk from Piedmont Park, which is perfect for bringing your furry friend on adventures. If your pup is on the quieter/shier side, it’ll be no problem for them to relax in my quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. I have a pup who loves other dogs and my roommate has a cat, so we love animals in this house!

“Joey was awesome!! Watched our dog as well as other dogs, and was able to keep all of them calm (: Highly recommend when looking for someone to take good care of your pup!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life—big, small, young, senior, and everything in between. I grew up with large breed dogs and quickly became known as the go-to pet sitter in my community. My family still jokes that I love animals more than humans—and honestly, they're right! I have a lovable 130-lb Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix who I’ve raised since he was just 6 weeks old. He’s now 4 years old, super friendly, and always excited to welcome a new playmate. Whether your pup is energetic or a couch potato, they’ll have a buddy here. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs—including those who are reactive or anxious. I’m confident managing leash reactivity, general behavioral quirks, and administering medications when needed. I’m also a recent Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate, currently taking a few months off before starting work, which gives me extra time and flexibility to care for your pets like they’re my own. I am open to drop-in visits, dog walks, boarding, and everything in between! Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, a structured walk, or just a calm and safe environment, I’ve got your pet covered! I’m currently home every day of the week so your pup will rarely be alone. If I do need to step out for a short errand, I have a pet camera to check in which I use often for my own dog even if he is just sleeping. Since I’m taking a break before starting my job, I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate just about any time you need! I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, pick-ups, and drop-offs—whatever works best for you and your pup's/cat’s routine. My partner and I live in a ground level, spacious one-bedroom apartment with easy access to the outside door that’s perfect for pups of all sizes. We have a large balcony that we often leave open (supervised) so dogs can sunbathe or enjoy some fresh air. Our home is dog-friendly—your pup is welcome on the furniture, just like our own big baby who’s convinced he’s human! We live in a quiet, wooded apartment complex with peaceful walking trails that are great for sniffing and exploring. There’s also a private dog park on-site that’s usually empty, which makes it perfect for off-leash time or a quiet space for dogs who prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle. If you'd like, I'm also happy to take your dog to a nearby dog park for some social playtime! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities—whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. When visiting your home, I always make sure doors, gates, and any pet-related instructions are followed to a T, and I take time to learn each pet’s routine and comfort zone. On walks, I stay alert to surroundings, use secure leashes/harnesses, and avoid high-traffic or overstimulating areas if your pup is anxious or reactive. I also care for cats and understand their need for a calm, predictable environment. I’ll make sure litter boxes are clean, food and water are fresh, and your cat has the space and interaction level they prefer—whether that’s playtime, cuddles, or quiet companionship. Whether your pet needs exercise, snuggles, or just someone to make them feel safe, I’ll treat them like one of my own.

“My dog loves spending the day at their house and playing with their dog! They are great about sending pictures and keeping me updated. I know my pup is in good hands when I drop her off here!”

Erica & Andrew Y.Star Sitter
“From Day 1 and continues to be, Erica has been extremely patient, caring, and exceptional with my dog. Erica first met my pup, Daisy, when she was just a true puppy acclimating to routine, commands, and socialization. While Erica was watching Daisy for us doing the daytime, she was patient and continued to implement our asks to make sure Daisy's behavior and routine was similar to home. Daisy also loves being outside and Erica takes that into consideration by taking Daisy out for long walks, to dog parks, and enclosed fields whenever possible. If it didn't look like a safe situation or the spaces were too crowded, Erica was kind enough to think of our pup first and bring her to another space where she would feel more comfortable. Whenever Daisy needed any additional medicine or had dietary specifics, we were able to trust Erica to give these and keep an extra careful eye on our pup. Erica was also able to update us on any news and progress Daisy made whether it be regarding potty training, eating habits, behavior, etc. She was a consistent part of Daisy's life and looked forward to seeing Erica every day - running towards her every time she was dropped off. Erica is one of the greatest that will love your pup as much as you love them!”
