About: I don't currently have any pets of my own, but I volunteer at the humane society for southwest Washington and therefore have gone through training regarding dog and cat behavior and handling. I have only cared for neighbor's pets before, and although my experience isn't necessarily extensive, I believe, and have been told, that my care meets and exceeds the standard, so you can rest assured that your pet(s) will be taken care of. I have had a true love for all animals my whole life (ask anyone who knows me!) and will do what it takes to keep your pet safe and happy. I am currently looking for another job, as my current one reduced my hours to one day a week (4 hours every Sunday morning, but I'm still available the rest of the day!), but pet care is important to me as well as your pet and I will work around my job. I can make it fit! I will make sure your pet(s) are safe and happy by being aware of essential safety items (e.g. fire extinguisher, fences/gates inside or outside, potentially dangerous items, etc.) providing enrichment through provided means and individual creativity based on the animal's needs, and just obeying the owner's wishes. I understand that your pet's safety is your top priority.

Anytime she had to step out briefly, she let me know in advance and kept me updated the whole time. That level of communication gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. But beyond just being responsible and reliable, Jasmine loved on my dogs like they were her own. She cuddled with them, played with them, talked to them, and made sure they felt safe and loved at all times. I got regular updates with photos and videos that made me smile every time. I could tell they were happy and thriving with her around. When I got home, I swear they looked at me like, “Wait—you’re back already? Where’s Jasmine?” They are seriously obsessed with her now and I don’t blame them. I would recommend Jasmine to absolutely anyone who wants their pets cared for with the same love, attention, and dedication that they give them themselves. She’s kind, patient, incredibly attentive, and just has that natural connection with animals that you can’t teach.
