“Victoria was very responsive, prompt, friendly, reliable, communicative, and did exactly what I asked her to do. She spent time to make sure Tseze (and the farm dog) felt comfortable with her, something that is very important to me. Thank you Victoria, we look forward to seeing you again! Mahalo, Lindsay”

About: Hi! My name is Isabella A, and I’m a full-time student at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo. In my free time, I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, going to the beach and looking for shells, or exploring new places to eat. Growing up here on the Big Island, I was always surrounded by animals, which sparked my lifelong love for them. I’ve had experience caring for dogs, and cats since i was 10 and I understand how important pets are as members of your family. You can trust me to provide attentive care, lots of love, playtime, and snuggles for your four-legged family members. 🐶❤️ I am currently a full time student with a part time job. I will be available anytime during breaks (winter, spring, summer). During these breaks i will be available from 7am - 5pm! 😊 I would love to meet your furry companions and make sure they feel safe, loved, and entertained while you are away! They deserve the best! ❤️✨

I will make sure your dog is fed, has fresh water, gets exercise, and receives plenty of love and attention. I always follow your pet’s routine and your instructions carefully so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m confident handling both large and small dogs and enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special care needs. I take time to earn every dog’s trust and make sure they feel calm, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I will treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect as my own.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
