I don’t even think she missed us that much while we were gone. He has a nice big fenced back yard for the dogs to run around and play. Alex was able to send us pictures / videos to update us on how she was doing which we appreciated. I will definitely be bringing her back the next time we need a dogsitter!”

“Here are why I recommend leaving your fur babies with Cheryl. She is at home all day so the babies are taken cared of 24/7. My elder dog needs 3 medications every 12 hours and Cheryl was able to give them to her. Lastly, while on my trip, the daily photos along with a little info about their day that I received helped me to know they were doing great.”

With my passion for animals and a professional, science-based perspective, you can trust your furry family members are in expert hands. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. I have two large dogs and a cat, so my day revolves around their feeding, exercise, and playtime needs. Each morning, I ensure they get their walks, followed by meal times and any grooming sessions needed. I also make time for cuddles and attention to keep them happy and healthy. Weekly, I focus on additional activities like training sessions for the dogs and extra care for the cat. My pets’ well-being is my top priority, and their routine is an essential part of my day-to-day life. In my home, I provide a safe and spacious environment for pets, with a 6,000 sq ft backyard fully enclosed by a 6 ft high fence, ensuring they can play and explore freely. I have two friendly, well-trained dogs – a German Shepherd and a Labrador – who stay outdoors and do not enter the rooms. I also have a cat that lives in the rooms and has grown up alongside the dogs, so they all get along harmoniously. For clients, I maintain their pets’ routines and ensure they feel safe and comfortable in a welcoming, pet-friendly space.

“Kayla Raye was absolutely wonderful with my puppy, Luka; I'd give extra stars if I could. We met in person, and I saw right away how she handled his puppy jumping by slightly turning and asking him to sit instead (clearly experienced with puppies). While talking, she asked all the right questions (are there any foods he can't have, how's his recall, does he play well with other dogs, etc.). While Luka was at Kayla's house, she sent multiple daily updates coupled with adorable photos. He even came back brushed better than when I'd left him! Kayla cared for my puppy like he was her own, and I cannot recommend her enough. Kayla, thank you SO much for taking care of Luka! We'll be back. :)”

“Nina goes the extra mile when taking care of my senior dogs. Give her a chance. You won't regret it. I trust her with my most precious cargo, my 16-year-old and my 7-year-old furry family members. Life with a senior pet is most rewarding but definitely stressful. Finding the right care for seniors is a challenge. However, Nina is up for the challenge. She is compassionate and caring. While he is a happy boy, Champ requires a lot of special care. He has a special diet, meds, and he is mostly blind. Nina has never complained about the special nature of his care and has been taking top-notch care of Champ. Sadie is a little skittish; however, Nina’s calming caring presence has her snuggling next to her on the couch. My dogs are happy when they come home and well cared for. Nina is a godsend, and we couldn't be happier with her services. I wholeheartedly recommend Nina. You will never regret choosing her to take care of your pets.”

“Noah was super easy to work with from the beginning. At drop off, my pup was immediately welcomed into the home and allowed to investigate. Noah asked questions that reassured me he had the experience I look for in dog sitters (things like "should I feed him just twice a day, or does he free feed?", etc.). Noah kept me updated throughout the stay, even though it was relatively uneventful because Rascal loves to lounge and relax more than anything else. It was nice to have peace of mind without asking for it, and Noah provided that! When I picked Rascal up, he was just as relaxed as when I left him, which is a wonderful sign that he felt comfortable during his stay with Noah. Will definitely book with Noah again if I'm back in South Lake!”
