About: Hello My Fellow Pet Owners & Animal Lovers! My name is Shobs and I am a huge animal lover. I am very versatile when it comes to taking care of pets. I’ve had many pets of my own including dogs, guinea pigs, fish, and hermit crabs. Currently, I have a 8 year old dog named Sushi. He is a mixed breed. About: We’re dog lovers (currently without our own furball) and would love to care for yours. Our pet parent history: Over 18 years, we've raised puppies (black Lab and Boxer mix) and then a cool cat found us, making a party of 5. Post-trio, we rescued a middle-aged Boxer who was sweet on humans but not so much with other dogs and spent several years walking on the wild side with her before she became street-settled. We've been dog park regulars and hosted furritos of friends for slumber parties and were short-term vacation fosters. We've gently nursed our dogs through neuropathy, lung cancer, and Cushing's disease. We found great people to care for our girls on Rover and want to do the same for you! We miss being dog parents dearly and will care for your pets as if they were our own. If you happen to have dog & cat siblings, they are welcome, too! It’s summer break for one of us and the other is self-employed, so we have tons of time to dedicate to your furrito! They won’t be left alone while in our care without your permission. Your dog(s) will have access to all parts of our non-smoking home, sofa and beds included! Our dogs were free range, we do not have a crate. Please bring yours if needed. We’ll schedule a meet & greet ahead of time to make sure that you’ll both feel comfortable with us while apart and that your dog is a good match for us. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over ten years and worked at a doggie day care for a couple of years and have a corgi myself! I’m currently working at home and go to the gym early morning so I’m able to diligently let them out for mornings, afternoons, midday, and evenings and also feed them all by myself My backyard is fenced with home cameras outside and inside in a safe and lovely family neighborhood. The backyard is pretty big for dogs to run around and my corgi is very friendly and playful!

Hillsdale dog parents share their Rover experiences
Anna and Conrad took great care of Teddy for the day and was able to accommodate our last minute request for booking and changes. Our guy is a little shy around other dogs so they were extra patient and caring to ensure he was okay and even allowed us to meet before our daycare so the dogs can get exposure. We also have a special diet and due to a recent illness and they were able to continue with our feeding instructions (even letting us know how much he consumed in the meal). I would be more than happy to drop off our dog for another session with them. Thank you Anna, Conrad, Mochi, and Olive!
This is our first time to have a dog sitter for our baby Salty (frenchie) at first, we’re quite nervous to have her to be taken care of by dog sitter. until we met Ms. Ming-ching. she is nice and and easy to talk with. she always give us updates on what salty’s whereabouts. when it’s time to pick up salty, she didn’t wanna go at first and wanted to go back at Ms. Ming-ching’s place. LOL. it means that salty really likes Ms. Ming-ching for being her dog sitter. Thanks again Ms. Ming-Ching! defenitely will call you again.
Sule did a great job looking after Stella. Her communication was excellent, sending regular updates and photos. She has a genuine love for dogs and Stella was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Sule is very reliable and I am very happy to have found her!
We had a really great experience with Christine. She stepped in and helped us with a last minute request. She asked us good questions about our dog and was very responsive during his whole stay. She took great photos, and I could tell our dog was treated like royalty. Would definitely recommend Christine if you are looking for a sitter, and would definitely love to book her again in the future.
