About: I have had a dog in my family from the moment I was born. They truly are family and I believe a house doesn’t feel like a home without a pet. I have been a stay at home mom since 2019 spending most of my time at home caring for my 3 daughters, 2 dogs and my girls cat. We have a recently built new home and a large partial of land in the country perfect for outdoor playing and walks. If your fur baby stays with me I promise that they will be cared for like family themselves. I am home most of the day so they won’t be alone long, cuddles are definitely welcomed and I will respect all rules that you have for your pet! I am looking forward to my home becoming your furbabies beloved vacation spot. If you would like to set up a play date for your pet to meet me and my pets before booking that is welcome but not mandatory..whatever makes you feel more comfortable. Any questions before their stay or check ins during their stay are always welcome as well! 😊 I stay at home with my 3 year old daughter and drive my 4 & 5 year old to school every day. Other than that your pet will not be left alone for long. I spend most of my time at home so they will have plenty of attention and love! My pets are like my children before having children. They are allowed to snuggle on the couch and in bed. When I leave the house they are crate trained. I will respect your wishes and listen to what suits your pets lifestyle best. I have plenty of room at my house for your pets own crate or dog bed. Whatever will make them feel most at home I will do!

About: I’ve lived and worked with both dogs (all sizes) and cats since a young age. Friends and relatives have trusted me to care for their animals on a wide scale from dog walking to in-home stays. Additionally, I have spent time volunteering in animal shelters including fostering dogs from a few days to multiple month long stays working with them to find their forever homes! I am currently working part-time so I have ample time during the day to check-in on pets, take dogs on long walks, and any other care you’re looking for! I have experience with general dog training and crating if needed. I’ve worked with dogs that have a range of needs and am open to following whatever routine you normally follow with your pet!

About: Over 20 years of experience with dogs. Pulled my first dog from the ACC on 110th in Manhattan when I was 19 years old. Never looked back. I've been adopting, fostering, and rescuing ever since. Now at 41, I have my own boarding facility on a farm. ***Pick up and drop off service available*** Self-employed farm owner. My better half is also on the property full time. We are available and on call 24/7. Finding time to care for your dog(s) is never an issue. It is our pleasure to host your furry family member(s). We have individual furnished and heated kennels (with fenced outdoor runs) for our guests. There is a fenced play yard and walks are provided as well. If properly socialized and cool with the pack, all friends are allowed to hang in the house.

About: Hello! I've been an animal lover my entire life. My dog, Zeke and I had a companion kind of relationship, built on mutual respect and happiness; it's something I wouldn't have traded for the world. He sadly passed away in October 2025 after 12 years together, so it would be an understatement to say I'm more than happy to pour extra love to your pup. Times are tough; starting a new 'negotiations and bartering' acceptance. Reach out, the worst I can say is no! Partial payment in veggies, meat, mechanic work...etc. Community care✨ ___________________________________________________________________________ This is a new offering as of August 2024. I have discovered that adventures are my ideal experiences and would like to advertise as such! Mountain hikes, kayak paddles (>15 pounds) are my favorites, but I am open to other ideas/training requests! Paddleboarding, swimming lessons...the possibilities are endless. One hour minimum is preferred; gas and travel time to the adventure site are included. I have many mountains, lakes and trails on my list, so I do not see it as fair to charge you for that time! You will only be charged for adventure time. Depending on your pup(s) comfortability in the car, we may travel up to 45 minutes. You and I will decide together on location details, and this app will track where your pup(s) and I are at all times. Wilderness First Aid trained, canine safety versed, ample water provided, and pups will always be kept safely on the leash. Your pup will return home satisfied and tired! ____________________________________________________________________________ For a NORMAL NEIGHBORHOOD WALK, please book a drop-in visit and message to remind me that you would like a walk. Availability for walks and drop-ins will change after Labor Day. Unavailable most weekdays 8-3:30, I am a caretaker by nature, and have been a teacher for the past 4years, a live in nanny before that and most recently a grade school teacher. I'm going back to school to get my licensure. Honestly, care taking and fresh air gives me clarity of mind, and the chance to peel away from the screen helps process all the new information! I am trying to practice running again too, if your canine would like to train with me. Familiar with many local trails and parks. All weather is good weather! Experience with dogs with seizures and giving various medications. Feline friend as well. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends ! I work at a school, but often have days and weeks off. Feel free to request and negotiate for what you need. Finding a good fit is paramount. I offer boarding very rarely. When I am in your home, I try to leave it better than I found it. I have spent a fair amount of time farming and gardening, so plants will be well cared for if asked.

About: I have lived with dogs for all my life, friends, family and neighbors have trusted me with there animals. They trust me to feed, walk, and care for them for weeks at a time. I have had puppies to old dogs that have all live long happy healthy lives. I am currently a student at the culinary institute of America, I am Available every morning for walks and care. I am available on weekends as well. I am comfortable driving animals, I grew up with dogs and love meeting new people. I currently rent a house, we are a safe environment for animals but our landlord would prefer not to have animals in the house. I have a car and I am comfortable traveling with animals.

About: I adore animals. I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. When I did not have a pet of my own I always have asked friends and family to take care of their pets when in need. People have always relied on me with their animals as they know I show love and I am very attentive. I have mostly trained my young puppy who has a lot of energy, with the help of a few wonderful sitters. I understand behavioral training, being kind but firm. Teaching with kindness and showing the animals the way rather than teaching in fear. I give a lot of attention and am able to read their body language well. I work freelance so I am available intermittently. But when I am available for sitting I am present to give the animal full time care, so if you have an animal who has separation anxiety and doesn't I take the dogs out first thing in the morning for an hour sometimes even 2 hour run in the park. a few small walks in the day and another longer walk or run in the afternoon. I also love to take the dogs on hikes. I do not have a crate as I did not do crate training with my dog but if you want to provide one I am happy to. My apartment is puppy/dog proof. I have a big yard although it is not fenced on one side so I always watch the dogs when I am out there. I have a nice big dog park near my place. I am currently working freelance, as previously mentioned. Reach out to me and I will tell you when/if I am available. I really enjoy animals company and I work in the city so this is something I like to do when I am home in Hudson and not working. I do allow my dog on the bed and couch in my own home, but I do encourage him to sit on his own bed. I can follow any rules that you wish that aligns with you and your pets needs.

About: Hi! My name is Andrea. I have lived in the Hudson Valley for almost 4 years now, and have been working in the area off and on since 2014. I live with my partner, Mike, and precious pup Kona. I have always lived with dogs. And recently, have been thinking about getting a cat! I am an Occupational Therapist in a school district full time and love to farm and bicycle during my off time. I’ve done house sitting and dog sitting previously and enjoyed the work. I have my own vehicle and am used to commuting around the Hudson Valley for work and for fun. I wanted to get back into dog sitting and pet sitting to assist in getting a new car and to get to spend time with pets! I have always been obsessed with dogs! I show that through meeting as many as I can when out in the community :). I am active person, so long walks and playing is something I can provide.
