About: I've been taking care of all my friends' pets for the last 2 years since I moved to the Hudson Valley! I'm usually their first call when they're in need of a pet sitter and they're gone on vacation. I love dogs (especially lap dogs!) and although I'm allergic to cats (except hypoallergenic breeds) they're my kryptonite. So cute! I have been primarily working as a pet nanny for 5 years for someone who traveled to Europe on a monthly basis. They are staying in Europe indefinitely so I am looking to add some new clients. About: Aside from growing up caring for animals, I’ve worked at a dog daycare for about a year. During my time there I learned a lot about dog behavior and how to read their body language. Now, I am currently studying canine training and management at SUNY Cobleskill where I work with a variety of canine’s daily. So I am currently on summer break from school, so I can assure you I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I start my day off by making sure my babies are fed and have fresh water, followed by going out for a walk and playing outside for a little! I have a dog and a cat who is very shy. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
