About: Hi there! My name is Alicia and was born and raised in the Hudson Valley- after some time In the city I am back in the Valley and ready to hike, spend time in nature and hang with animals. I know how important it is to make sure your pet is in a safe environment while still getting the structure and schedule they are used to. I will do my best to take the dogs out as often as you like and around the same time they normally do. I have taken care of animals my whole life. Looking forward to hearing from you and discussing your pet sitting needs! I am currently working part time from home so I have lots of time to keep your pet company! We have a nice yard and some great local parks/ trails If the need more exercise. I have an unfenced yard but will keep pups on leash and safe. I do have a two year old cat named Oyni- ideally the dog and cat get along but my in laws love hanging with him so we could have him go there if they don’t. (He is great with dogs)

About: I’m a pre-vet major with a love for all animals, especially dogs! I’m 19 years old, a full time student, and have 5 years of dogsitting and dog walking experience! I have a soft spot for older dogs, as well as experience caring for young litters of pups! I walk some of my clients’ dogs in their own backyard trails, and a few I transport to local parks for our walks. I love all of my clients dogs like they’re my own, and take special care to encourage their interests, and adapt our time together to fit their personality and needs! I have 6 repeat clients that I’ve met through rover, and treasure the time that I spend with their pets. The reoccurring clients I’ve had for 8 months have become a staple in my life, and a regular in my routine. It’s so special to be the part of the week that a dog looks forward to!! Booking a few weeks in advance is a good way to ensure I’m able to work around YOUR schedule! I take pride in caring for your pets like they are my own! As a dog owner myself, I understand the importance of not only respecting your dog’s boundaries, but also the rules you have for your dog! About: I have been around animals all my life. Born in the country, cows and horses are most common, but I’ve come to love having dogs, cats, and reptiles of my own! There has never been an animal I couldn’t warm up to, and I love getting to know every pets unique personality. I DO OWN PETS, I just am not offering boarding services or requesting sitting services so I would prefer not to share their details! I am always willing to move around my schedule to better fit my clients needs! I have a ride I depend on for now while I’m learning to drive, so I cannot be out too late unless I’m staying the night. I prefer to pet sit or walk pets at other homes, not my own, as I have a reactive dog with history of abuse, and she is not amicable with other pets.

About: Hi! My name is Andrea. I have lived in the Hudson Valley for almost 4 years now, and have been working in the area off and on since 2014. I live with my partner, Mike, and precious pup Kona. I have always lived with dogs. And recently, have been thinking about getting a cat! I am an Occupational Therapist in a school district full time and love to farm and bicycle during my off time. About: My name is Jayden and I've been taking care of my own pets for years. From my antisocial low energy mutt that I trained to be a therapy dog and acted as a therapy dog for 3 years to my high energy high-maintenance senior German shorthaired pointer as well as every dog from a beagle to a great Dane. I also had a cat that I helped raise from a kitten to fully grown tuxedo cat. I love animals and they seem to love me back; I would love a chance to love your pets!! I am currently a full-time college student without a job, so I have tons of free time when I'm not occupied with classes or schoolwork. As a women walking dogs does seem scary, but I am very fit and able to protect myself. I have experience with fetch, walks, jogs-although I don't love running, hikes, most indoor play and outdoor play due to my hyperactive dog growing up. I've also taught dogs to walk on leashes and have experience with non-leash trained dogs, so that won't be an issue. About: Growing up on farms in Vermont, I have been around animals my entire life and I love them all. I have taken care of animals through all stages of life birth through passing. I am not only a pet lover I am a pet owner. Your fur baby will get nothing but the best care possible. I have a pretty flexible schedule and that allows me the ability to be available more frequently and on short notice. Day and night availability to give you peace of mind In my home we have a fenced yard. But I also take my dogs on regular walks and outings to the dog park. Making sure to tick check after each outside exposure.

“Dakota was so good with our 2 dogs. They both have strong pray drives and the walking trails are thru the woods so it can sometimes be challenging to control them. They warmed up so fast to her and their walks together went really well. She always gave detailed reports of the walks and sent photos….I really like that ? She is a pleasure to talk to and she has a large dog of her own which gives her that experience that only dog “owners” have. I will definitely be recommending her to friends.”

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was five years old and continued to get more dogs. I have dog sat for multiple friends and family rating from dogs and cats. As far as training animals, I did grow up with having to train them so I do have some experience. I am currently working part time and go to community college but will be able to manage and work out a schedule that will be accommodating. I have 3 dogs that have invisible fences outside so they can roam free without getting lost, going to the road, running off. I have a big yard surrounding my house so they are used to running around freely. When it gets too cold they come in to the house or garage with my father. I am used to walking dogs as they do get walked on occasion at home or if we have them out of the house. I do not off offer services that welcome pets into my house but I am accommodating as necessary and will offer services at your residency.

About: I have always had a special connection with dogs. I grew up with dogs and treated them like part of the family. I have been primarily working as a pet nanny for 5 years for someone who traveled to Europe on a monthly basis. They are staying in Europe indefinitely so I am looking to add some new clients. Your best friend will be spoiled and pampered with me. I have a very flexible schedule with plenty of availability as this is my main job. I can also do long term sitting up to 6 weeks if necessary.
