About: I’ve had the opportunity to grow up with the love of learning about dogs. I take every opportunity I get to learn about different dog breeds and their characteristics. Personally, I own two dogs who are both total opposites. One Miniature Pinscher Mix, who is 14, and a giant of a Golden Retriever, who is 5. I mainly take care of them and always make sure they are consistently on top of any medications and activities needed. I will give the same love and care for your pet! 🩷 I am a college student looking for some work to do to get me out of the house this summer. So why not spend my free time taking care of pets! I am not currently employed so that means I have a lot of free time on my hands to walk your dogs or come check in on them when you are not home! For religious purposes, I can not do any services on Friday evenings and the entirety of Saturday! I have a fenced yard that is pretty spacious and a gated off pool. My two dogs are friendly towards others but they have their moments where, rarely, something could tick them off. If any dog were to come stay/visit, i will make sure to introduce each pet in a calm environment and if any form of discomfort occurs I will make sure to put my pets away in another room.

“Victoria always does a fantastic job watching our cat. His litter box was spotless, his food bowl was cleaned, and it was clear he was played with regularly. Thank you Victoria!”

“Marissa was absolutely wonderful. She kept our cat, Jet, and our leopard gecko Stanley great company while we were on a vacation. She is responsible, communicative, and puts your pets first always! Will absolutely be a repeat client!”

About: Hi! My name is Zarah. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and have a passion for keeping animals happy and taken care of! My favorite service is dog walking! I am an active runner and love exercising with a furry friend! Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and give their pets plenty of attention and love. I’m patient, dependable, communicative, and always prioritize each dog’s comfort and safety. Whether your pup needs a calm companion or an active playmate, I’m here to make sure they’re happy and well taken care of! I currently work full time at a medical office from 10-5 during the weekday. I am happy to stop by before or after my shifts for walks, feedings, playtime, or anything else! I am also available weekends in the morning and afternoon. In your home, I’ll stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. I keep things tidy and comfortable to make sure your pet feels secure while you’re away. I will also send regular updates and photos so you always know how they’re doing.

“Julia took great care of my birds and cat while I was away for thanksgiving week. She responded quickly and was great at communicating. I had an issue with my automatic cat feeder during my vacation and she had no problems looking at it for me and eventually manually feeding my cat when we couldn’t figure out the problem. I am happy to know that I left my babies in good hands and didn’t need to spend a fortune to do so since Julia charges very reasonable prices.”

About: I have been pet sitting for friends and family for over 9 years, including cats with asthma, mobility issues, and other special needs. I lived in a multiple cat household my entire childhood, and have my own 9-year old kitty. I have plenty of experience with indoor cats, outdoor cats, and all kinds of personalities and I love every one of them! I work from home with only one low maintenance kitty of my own and so I have the time and flexibility to check in on your pet and give you the peace of mind of knowing I’ll take the time to get to know your kitty and figure out all their favorite toys and snacks! I know how important a cat’s home and feeling safe in their own space is to them, and I am very comfortable giving them as much or as little space, play, affection, and love as they like. I am very organized and will always ensure that I follow the instructions that work for your particular kitty.

About: I have experience taking care of my dogs back in Venezuela and my dog here in Florida. I have grown around dogs all my life, given medication, gone to vets, given food, cleaned pee and poop, and everything in between! Evenings are usually best for me because I work full time and have a part time on my days off. So my flexibility is limited during the days You are the boss! Tell me how to best treat your dog: where to walk him/her, when to feed, how to train and or treat the dog, and any other best practices!

“I have had Stefanie watch Nelly since she was only 12 weeks old, she has watched her for us every time we have gone away. I could never leave my baby with anyone other than her, she updates me throughout the day with cute and silly images and videos and keeps me posted on what Nelly gets up to. I could never recommend someone more!”

“Thank you both for taking care of the kitties while we were out. 🥰”

About: I began my Rover experience as I started college at Florida Atlantic University and spent all my time aside from classes caring for others pets and loved every minute of it. I am more than happy to take your pup for a long walk outside or even just spend time playing/keeping them company while you are away from home. I have been an animal person my whole life and I am very easy going- I understand exactly what it's like to be a dog mom so following any guidelines for your fur baby is no problem at all. You will receive many pictures while I am there with them :) I am extremely flexible when it comes to figuring out the specific days/times that would work best with both of our schedules to plan a meet & greet! I’m currently working full time but have full availability on weekends! We can make arrangements for week days, my job is flexible :) looking forward to meeting your pup! Typically I require my clients to leave me a well detailed note of their regular routine they have in place with their pet. I will follow it 100%!

About: Need to go out of town (or to work) but don't know what to do with your pets? Relax and don't stress while you are away. I can watch your house and your pets while you are away. I have had large dogs, cats, fish and even birds my whole life and would love to watch yours if you need to be out of town. I work as a restaurant manager so I am fairly flexible on schedule and always around town during the holiday season. Why I love dog sitting: I have had dogs around for my whole life (28 years). I am very comfortable with all size dogs and other pets as well. I am happy to administer medication and assist with grooming as needed.

About: Hi, I’m Matty! Whether your favorite family member is furry, feathered, or finned - I will be your pet’s Totally PAWsome new best friend! Growing up on a farm and in a large veterinary practice, I have been immersed in the world of animals from an early age—caring for dogs, cats, farm animals, and literally any animal I could get my hands on! My wife and I share our lives with three incredible senior dogs: Luca Brasi, Angie, and Skyline. These three sweet pups are our world! We also have owned and maintained our own aquariums and fish for well over twenty years. We do not currently own, but have owned and loved numerous birds, rabbits, and various pocket pets (some exotic) throughout our lifetime. Beyond being a Certified Professional Pet Sitter, I have taken additional courses and animal specific training through Pet Sitters International. I am also licensed and certified to Instruct Pet CPR, First Aid & Wellness curriculums for both pet parents and pet care professionals through PetTech® (PTI #2700). I am also licensed and registered as a Class T-Carrier (pet transporter) with the USDA (Certificate No. 58-T-1022). My pet services company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for all our pet services. I dedicate my free time volunteering with several local pet rescues including Tri-County Animal Shelter and Dachshund Rescue of South Florida (DRSF). Whether it is volunteering as a dog walker, new volunteer mentor, for fundraising/adoption events, or assisting with pet relocations – I believe it is extremely important to give back to my local South Florida community, but most importantly to provide, care, support and to advocate for all those pets in need! Throughout my lifetime, I have developed extensive hands-on experience and knowledge working with a wide variety of animals. I possess a unique ability to connect with animals of different breeds, temperaments, and personalities, including pets that have anxiety from prior trauma and abuse. I also have a great deal of experience caring for seniors and specials needs pets, as well as medicine administration (including administering injections). Just check out what our pet pawrent's are saying about our services on Google. Simply put—I LOVE animals! Surrounding myself with them brings me immense joy, and I take great pride in offering them exceptional care. I am eager to meet your beloved furry, feathered, or finned babies and help elevate their quality of life. I promise that while they’re in my care, they’ll receive the same love and attention as if they were my own! I currently own/operate my own pet transport business and pet CPR, First Aid & Wellness Education training business. As I primarily work from home, my transports and classes are scheduled weeks and/or months in advance. This allows me additional free time throughout the day/week to assist you with walking your dog or making drop-in visits for your at home pet(s). As I am a USDA licensed pet transporter, I am fully committed to best practices in pet care as set forth by the Animal Welfare Act. I take all precautions to ensure that pets in my care have the proper leashes/harnesses when walking. I enjoy interacting with your pet to get to know their personality and to better understand their needs. I think it is important to not just "walk" a dog, but rather to create a bond with them. I hope that by spending time with your pet(s) I can help you improve the quality of their lives through routine/regular exercise, play, and engagement. I am also a certified Instructor for Pet CPR, First Aid & Wellness including Senior Care. I start all of my walks/visits with a Snout-to-Tail assessment to ensure there are no injuries/areas of concern with your pet before they are entrusted in my care. This is an additional safeguard I provide to help make sure you have a baseline for your pet(s) and to be an additional resource/advocate for their care. I am very patient and understand each pet is different. I have a great deal of experience working with rescue dogs which can be challenging. We typically do not know or understand their history and past experiences. My patience and demeanor have allowed me to help bond with and help to rehabilitate/socialize some of the most scared and skittish dogs at the shelter. My goal is to foster and provide a safe, bonded, caring and loving experience for your pet(s)!

“Our Bella is a 9 year-old, 90-pound, American Bulldog and a "rescue" whose previous life caused her to be strongly Reactive-Dominant around other dogs and generally fearful of men. Matt diligently walked her around our neighborhood without incident, and with gentle, but firm, handling. She is always glad to see him and trusts him implicitly. We recommend him.”
Hillsboro Pines cat parents share their Rover experiences
Nutt was great! She was very responsive and sent a ton of photos of our kitty while we were away. Will definitely book her again!

Maureen communicates well. She has done drop in visits for our cat several times and we know he well cared for while we are away.

I had Stefanie watch over the kitties and board our dog Dex for two weeks. During this stay, Dex got himself into trouble and ended up with a deep ulcer in his blind eye. I find Stef very attentive and thank God for that! She noticed immediately that his eye is infected. With no hesitance, she took him to the vet. It had a severe infection, if not treated immediately, there would have been a high chance for an eye removal due to the cornea damage. They recommended an aggressive treatment (every 1-2 hours) in hopes to stop the infection and save his eye. Because of her love and attentive care, Dexter had a great improvement, with no bacteria present after the 24hr aggressive treatment. It meant so much for us what she did for him. On top of that, she had to look after our kitties and Bella was a little bad this time, I guess she’s mad for us being away for too long, she’d still give her time and attention and clean after her opsie too. I got to know Stefanie and her family this time on a different level and we’re grateful and blessed to have her in our lives!!! She’s our babies guardian angel ♥️

Julia was great, the pets loved her, very attentive and on time with the schedule. I would definitely reebok her.

We had a fantastic experience with Tristan! He handled our two large and somewhat intimidating dogs with total confidence and care. From the first meeting, it was clear he was calm, experienced, and completely unfazed by their size or energy. Throughout the stay, he kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. We came home to happy, relaxed pups who had clearly been well cared for. Highly recommend him—especially if you have big dogs or pets that need a little extra patience and understanding!

Neusa is the best cat sitter! She is kind and thorough and loving - we trust her completely with our cat.

Julia was very communicative and attentive to our sweet kitty while our family was traveling. Looking forward to using her again soon!

We cannot express how happy we are with Julia taking care of our 3 fur children! So much so, we left for 3 nights without a worry. She always takes the cutest pics with each visit too! Highly recommended and will continue to have her watch our babies when we are away from home!

Daniela did so well watching my 2 kitties! Even the shy one started to come out. Will def be using her again😊

Toni is a pleasure to work with and did a great job tending to my cat Sammie. I'm hopeful I can use her again in the future

Victoria was very responsive and took great care of my cat while I was away for a couple of weeks . Arrived home to litter boxes , feeding area bowls etc all clean . Enjoyed receiving lots of photos from Victoria showing how well Mr Darcy had bonded with her , very reassuring . Would not hesitate to have Victoria watch him again

Thank you Stephanie for all the great care you give my furbabies when I'm out of town. You are the best!

Sarah checked in on our two cats twice a day for a week. They both loved her. She sent us pictures of the cats every time she visited and always let us know how they were doing. She followed all of our directions and made great friends with our cats. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
