About: I have had a variety of dog sitting experiences over the years. I have stayed at owners house, hosted at my house and have had multiple drop in walks. I have had only amazing experiences and received positive feedback from owners every time! I am a teacher in NJ so I can do late afternoon/night times Monday-Friday, as well as weekends. There are a few holidays schools have off that I can be available for. I have had most experiences at owners houses with following the routines and preferences of the pet and owner. I am a fit and active person that is able to handle dogs of all sizes.

About: I have the biggest heart for animals. I grew up with a golden retriever and 3 cats, but have been surrounded by friends and family’s animals my whole life. Many people in my town back home will have me walk their pups, stop in and let them out, and trust me to stay with their furry friends for days at a time. I have a very open class schedule so I am able to be very flexible and all over the place when it comes to to pet care I am still working on a solution to how I can keep pets in my apartment. But I am happy to stay as long as needed in homes to keep their pup company. I can so quick drop in visits or stay for a lengthy amount of time. That knowledge has come to span across numerous dog breeds, especially those teeny tinier guys! I’ve walked, bathed, fed, watered, and played with my own little dogs, my friend’s little dogs, and my friend’s friend’s little dogs. Yours will always be in good hands as long as I’m around :) I’m working part time and heading back to school next year, so for the time being, I have a lot of time to hang out with your furry children! My work schedule varies week to week, but I’m typically off no later than 5:00. Message me to see my availability, until further notice! Pets in my home are always within eyeshot. I make it a point to ensure all cords and choking hazards are put away (as I have a small kitten who would get into them otherwise). Any visits to the balcony are entirely supervised, and I even keep a small playpen to take outside should a pet need it. As for home care, my aim for safety doesn’t change even at your place. I will ensure nothing is around for your pet to get into, and follow any additional instructions to a T (such as crating, keeping animals separate, etc.)

Full day availability Friday through Sundays. I can accommodate late pick ups or next days. I live in an apartment so ideally you’re pet is small and needs loving tender care in a small space. Bruce is great. My Great Dane is very sweet and fun but he’s a giant energetic handful and Bruce is up to the task! He stayed at my house and he even took him to the dog park regularly which is not easy ( though it’s fun). Bruce is communicative and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

Inviting someone into my home and trusting them with my dogs—who truly are my babies—was extremely nerve-racking. I met with Sheena about a month and a half before our trip to make sure the dogs were comfortable, and they immediately took to her. That alone gave me peace of mind. Sheena house-sat for two weeks and went above and beyond in every way. She rarely left the home, ensured my dogs were always well cared for, and provided consistent updates throughout the day.
