About: I have had dogs all my life. After I moved out I raised a chocolate lab from 8 weeks old until he passed at 16 yrs. During that time frame I was also raising my Weimaraner at the same time! Both were high energy dogs (and Kaiser, my weim, still is). This has given me experience large breed, high energy dogs. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I am also no stranger to small dogs as I have also cared for my friends pomeranian. I am able to do drop ins before work, during lunch (depending on distanc), and after work. I am able to stay the night if necessary. My pets have full access to the house and are always well fed, cared for, and loved whether its play time or just hanging out watching TV.

About: I have had cat or multiple cats my adult life. I typically have 1 or more cats in my home at a time. Background that my cats have died for various reasons due to aging, kidney, thyroid, pancreas disease, etc. which allows me to be fairly familiar with learning when they are sick or in pain. I have a good understanding of how they react to new environments. I utilize the vet to support them when they need it. I currently have a cat and volunteering/fostering with the shelter. I am available holidays and weekdays. I am available Saturdays and Sundays. I am not working a full time job at this time. Happy to adjust my routine as needed. Cats are to be treated as companions as they are independent. I like to ensure they stay on routine and schedule and their needs met. A clean litter box makes it easier for them to use it properly.
