About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young and always had a special connection with dogs. I took classes throughout college that allowed me to take care & train service animals - which ultimately led me to become a certified service dog trainer. Although I do not use that certification, I train my own personal dogs and pay close attention to behaviors. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart & I promise to nurture and spoil your pup! I run two businesses completely virtually so have a lot of free time to walk & attend to your dog’s needs throughout the week. I also take my own dogs to the dog park and out exploring on the weekend, so can take your dog(s) as well if you’d like! Although my yard is not fenced in, it is backed up to other fences and has a lot of land for our dogs to run & play. I also have plenty of room to set up a crate or multiple dog beds throughout the house to keep your pup as comfortable as possible!

About: I started volunteering at animal shelters when I was 14 years old, helping care for dogs, cats, and small animals with feeding, bathing, and daily enrichment. Over the years I’ve become very comfortable reading animal body language and following each pet’s routine closely so they feel safe and relaxed while away from home. I have experience caring for: • senior dogs • dogs with separation anxiety • special needs pets • administering oral and injected medications Because I work from home, dogs receive frequent potty breaks, daily walks, and lots of supervision and attention throughout the day. I also send daily updates with photos so you always know how your pet is doing. Baths and basic grooming available for $25–$40, depending on dog size and coat type. I can also do nail trims, ear cleaning, or special shampoos upon request. Many dogs enjoy a calm, one-on-one grooming experience here. I’m home throughout the day and able to give dogs plenty of attention and supervision. Dogs receive frequent potty breaks (every 0–2 hours) and at least one longer walk each day along with several shorter walks. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs are rarely left alone and usually relax in the living room with me while I work. I keep a calm, consistent routine so dogs can feel comfortable and settled during their stay. I provide a calm, quiet home environment and only host one family’s dogs at a time so each pet receives plenty of attention and supervision. My home does not have other pets or children, which helps create a peaceful environment for dogs who may be nervous or sensitive. Because the yard is unfenced, all outdoor time is supervised and on leash for safety. Dogs receive frequent potty breaks and daily walks. I always follow each owner’s care instructions carefully to make sure your pet’s routine stays as consistent as possible during their stay.

About: Hello! I’m 24 years old and a passionate animal lover. Although I currently don’t own a pet due to my lifestyle, I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. Raised in a small beach town in California, I was the go-to community dog walker and sitter. With a flexible schedule from working from home and living in a spacious apartment, I’m perfectly equipped to provide loving care for your pets. I work remotely so very flexible! I don’t have any other commitments so when I watch your animal i’ll be dedicated to them! Any of there needs I’ll be there for them. My apartment is 1500 square feet so very spacious for any animal. We also have a dog park and live near the amphitheater so plenty of spaces to go and get your pets some good walks and runs.

About: I grew up with a wheaten terrier. I would always feed and walk neighbors pets while they were on vacation and watched neighbors pets in my home while they were gone for a week. I currently live with my boyfriend and his dog however they will be gone for the next 2 months so there will be no pets in the home. I work M-F, 8AM-3PM. I go on an 2-5 mile walk everyday and can tailor my activity to your dog’s needs. I like to walk around the loop in Wrightsville beach or on the river walk downtown! I live in a 2 bed apartment on the first floor that is very clean but very dog friendly! When my boyfriend is here, his dog lives with us but he is currently traveling for work (with the dog) so the apartment is very dog friendly with lots of toys and blankets everywhere!

About: We have been taking care of dogs since 2018! We are so enjoying it!! Hubby walks the dogs and I cuddle and play! It's a win win for your fur baby! For doggie day care we are available between 8 am and 6pm Monday through Friday. Would love long term . We do have one small dog. For boarding we are available both weekdays and weekends. We have a nice fenced-in backyard and my husband takes the dogs out for walks when possible! When that option isn't available,they have dedicated playtime in the yard.We have one dog that is not initially playful but takes a while to warm up but he does typically! I do require a meet and greet before committing and for pets to show proof of rabies shots,heartworm and flea and tic treatments. I work part time outside the home but my hubby works part time in the home so rarely are we both gone at the same time. I have a fenced in yard and my husband tries to walk our dog daily.Typically will hit the area walking trails. If necessary, he is willing to walk animals separately(older dog who can not walk as long or dogs who have health challenges)Our dog is aloof and takes a bit of time to adjust but usually does. We are attentive to this and supervise very closely until we see how things are going to be. We own both a large and small dog crate and can separate them if needed
