“First time using Rover since moving to the area. Kristen was a wonderful find and fantastic sitter. Communication was fantastic, directions followed and I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate her system. She was attentive, asked questions all so that she could make my dogs comfortable while we were away. Even just checking in. I can’t wait to hopefully work together again and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone else.”

Hossanna S.

“Hossanna took great care of my cat via drop in visits while I was away for a week. Communication was perfect and I felt reassured that he was well-fed and cared for. It was great to know that my cat was happy, healthy, and in good hands!”

Hannah J.

“Hannah went above and beyond taking care of my cat Fidel. She was constantly giving me updates ans she was super responsive when I had questions. I could see that she truly cared about my fur baby. She helped me with my packages and even took the trash out with my ask. I highly recommend her services.”

Karyn W.

“Karyn is just fantastic. She has the training and experience to take care of pets, but more importantly has the most important skill and the one you can’t teach someone; the love. Book Karyn with peace of mind, I promise your pets will appreciate it.”

About: I have pet sat for family, friends and teachers all through high school and college. Now that I have pets of my own, I understand why having someone you can trust care for your pets while you are away is so important. My own dog does not do well in a kennel or boarding environment. I want to create a safe environment for your pet to thrive until you return. If you are looking for someone to stay with your pet this holiday season, I am your sitter, my family lives in another state. I am available early mornings and nights during the week, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday. I can be available on the lunch hour upon request. I am comfortable using all forms of leashes, collars and kennels. I have taken the Petsmart Beginner Puppy Training course and so have both my dogs.

Cascade L.
“Cascade is an exceedingly responsible and caring dog sitter. We first met Cascade when she took care of our dog and cat for 2 weeks in 2019. Our animals were so happy and mellow when we returned which was a contrast to our experience with previous dog sitters. We even encountered other dog owners in our favorite dog park who noticed her regularly walking our dog and playing fetch. We happily invited her several times again when she was available. She sent us regular photos and updates while we were away. She also left our house in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Cascade without reservations to anyone needing dog care.”

Stephanie E.

“Stephanie was so good with my dogs during the drop in visits. She was a hit even with my shy dog. She sent pictures/updates and was even willing to help with non dog-related stuff which really made my day out of town so much less stressful. Would highly recommend!”

Brigit B.

“I’ve been using Brigit as my go-to drop-in sitter for my cat for maybe 2 years now. I’ve recommended her to multiple friends and she is wonderful with my needy senior cat. She communicates clearly and efficiently, follows my sometime changing instructions, and has wonderful availability. I’ll be using her house sitting services for the first time soon and I can only imagine that my kitty will be stoked to have her around. I truly appreciate Brigit and all she has done for my kitty and I.”

Ellen B.
“Ellen has provided pet care/sitting for us for several years. Ellen is prompt, courteous and is very patient with our fur babies! She is also very trustworthy. My dogs love her!”

Patricia S.

“Patricia was very kind and caring towards our kitties. She made it easy for us to feel at ease while we were away from home. We would definitely recommend her service :)”

Wendy W.

“Wendy was so helpful watching after my cats last minute. Very professional and so kind! Would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch after their pets.”

Britte H.
“Britte is a fantastic dog trainer and dog whisperer honestly! She has done more for my dog Bruce than any other trainer in ABQ or Santa Fe. He was a shy and fearful dog that I got from a failed rescue in town. I was in way over my head with Bruce. Britte came to my rescue with helpful tips and great training exercises. Besides her being a great trainer, I travel a lot for work and she is my go to person to take care of Bruce at my house. She is like a part of the family. 5 stars from me and two paws up from Bruce for britte!”

Gail M.
“Gail was amazing. Took amazing notes, was always on time and super reliable. Pups both loved her and looked like they had fun. Will definitely use over and over again.”

Tasha D.

“My dog BB loves Tasha! She always is calmer and happy after a drop-in from Tasha! Tasha is good at communicating and always sends a fun photo and comments on how my pup is doing. I will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!”

Katelyn D.
“Katelyn was amazing with our furbabies! Being parents, that don’t leave them much, we didn’t stress at all knowing Katelyn was with them. She sends updates with pictures, which helps me be at ease. The house was left spotless and she even stripped the sheets for us without asking her to do so! Very much appreciate her attention to detail. Her love for animals is obvious, you’ll be happy if you hire Katelyn to be your pet sitter!”

About: I've taken care of many different breeds of small to medium size dogs since I was 16, I had my first few dog walking gigs since moving to Albuquerque and I love getting to know other people's animals as well. I'm a very experience cat owner and have been taking care of them since roughly 8 or 9, I understand the shy ones and I also understand the outgoing, I need cuddle types of cats and I will respect whatever works best for you and your pet. I have experience with bottle feeding kittens and puppies as well as adult rescued dogs and cats. I understand separation anxiety and I've had to deal with it in my own rescued dog. They take a little extra care and time. Whatever your situation is, I would love to hear more about your pets! I am a full time student online, I can easily move things around to be available Monday-Saturday, Sunday I do take off to rest. Time restrictions would highly depend on the weekend and if you were to become a regular client with a set schedule you need done, I would be willing to work with you. I will bring high value dog treats to reward your dog for using the restroom, I will also bring a few of my own toys to play with. When it comes to our first few walks, I will take it at your dog's pace as for when they are ready to allow me to clip the leash on them.

About: I have had a dog since I was 10 years old. I currently have two myself. I have experience providing medication to animals and am always happy to match their energy. Happy to go on a run with a high energy pup or a peaceful stroll with your older fur baby! Dogs are my specialty, but I'm happy to care for any animal you may need a hand with! I currently work Monday - Thursday from 7am-3pm. I'm happy to stay overnight for long periods of time, but would need to leave for work during the day. Lunch breaks could be used to stop in and let them out. Fridays - Sundays are completely free. When it comes to caring for your animal, I recognize that your rules are the way it goes. Everyone has a different way of dealing with their pet's care, and I may care for mine differently, I have the upmost respect for yours. My philosophy is that just because I let my dogs on my couch doesn't mean I have the right to let your pet on yours. I guarantee they'll be loved and cared for, the rest is your call!
