“Vanessa was incredibly accommodating when we needed boarding in a pinch. She took in Reinhardt and he seemed super happy to be there. Reinhardt got a little sick on his last day, and Vanessa called us and spoke to us for almost a half hour with details. She asked if it would be ok to give him some probiotics for his tummy issues. It’s now been a little over 24h since Reinhardt’s been back home and he seems to already be on the mend.”
