“We chose Sierra to provide in-home dog sitting services for our first use of Rover. She came to meet us a couple of weeks ahead of our travel, and spent time answering questions about her knowledge and experience caring for puppies. She also asked us questions about our preferences for their care, and for her use of our home. By the end of the visit, we felt far more comfortable with our decision. During our trip, Sierra kept us informed about her schedule, how the puppies were doing, and sent us photos of them. It was clear from the way she talked about them that she genuinely cared for them, and was taking excellent care of them. Upon returning home, we found the home and our puppies in good shape, with minimal cleaning needed (I should note that we have very high standards for cleanliness). Overall, we were very impressed with Sierra. She was very friendly and personable while also being very professional and responsive. We would gladly use her to care for our puppies again when we travel.”

“Rebecca has watched our home and pup a few times and she’s been phenomenal! She goes above and beyond to accommodate for our doggo and make sure all is set while we are gone. 10/10 recommends her to anyone that asks!”

“Carolyn did great house sitting our two dogs! She provided us with updates and pictures daily. Our dogs were well loved in our absence. Would definitely book with her again ☺️”

“Nichole is really wonderful to work with - friendly, professional, flexible, responsible, and communicative. Super grateful for her last minute support :)”

“Ashley was fantastic! Her background as a former vet tech really shows—she’s incredibly knowledgeable about puppies and made us feel completely at ease. We also reached out last minute, and she was so accommodating and flexible with our schedule. We’re really grateful for her help and would definitely book with her again!”
“Grey was great! Respectful to our home but most importantly respectful to our pup! Sent regular updates and went above and beyond. We travel often so we will be using Grey again in the future! Highly recommend! We came home to a happy and healthy pup!”

“Best decision I ever made! My dogs were taken care of and loved on and taken for walks! Made my momma heart rest a bit easier while away! Pictures were sent every time they did anything! I came home and they were so happy! Way different than any time I’ve boarded them…10/10 recommend these guys, worth every penny!”

About: I have a genuine connection to animals and care deeply for them. In my own home I care for a senior dog and two bunnies. I always give my animals my first and my best. My schedule is flexible as I prepare for graduate school. My goal is to make some connections with families that need additional pet care that I can work my schedule around to accommodate theirs. In my client's home I will be sure to understand and fulfill all of the specific expectations they have for their pets. I will provide love, comfort and a safe environment for any and all pets. While you are away, at work or just need a little extra support I will make sure your sweet pet feels all the love they are missing.
“Wonderful experience for both our pups and us! Thalia was super responsive, cheery, and the pups really responded well to her even while we were away. Would happily have her house/pet sit for us again.”

“Great service and excellent communication. My pets were very well taken care of and they even managed to make friends with my antisocial cat. They sent tons of pictures throughout the visit and stayed in constant communication. Would definitely book with them again.”

About: I have always had pets, specifically indoor dogs and cats. I also have 2 years experience as a kennel tech at a boarding/grooming facility where I worked with dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I am comfortable with any size dog and most temperaments. Each dog deserves care and attention, I am well aware that certain breeds have more difficult personality traits (and for good reason, too!) so just let me know what your dog needs and I will accommodate. Regarding dog walks: I am not currently booking for dog walks due to a torn ligament in my ankle. I am still capable of drop ins, boarding, etc. as I am healing, but walks are on hiatus for a few weeks! I am stable/sturdy - just in a boot. I work full time but am available after 5pm on weekdays. I do have a flexible schedule so if you need something, I may be able to accommodate if I can work from home! I have open availability on the weekends. As someone with kennel tech experience, I am very comfortable crating dogs and taking them for walks, playing as much as they want, and adjusting to their specific needs. I also have experience administering medication, both oral and injections.

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs and have owned them throughout my life. As a student attending school to major in Veterinary Medicine, I want to get the best experience I can day by day. I currently own a doxie right now and she truly deserves the best. I am currently a sophomore student athlete going into my second semester. I want to be able to stay busy and get some experience with a variety of pets by understanding day by day. Also please understand that I will do my best to keep my availability updated, and as a student athlete please have patience with me. Thank you! I believe that caring for an animal is like caring for a child. The attention and care is a priority, as I do have a doxie myself. She is my whole world and she truly deserves the best along with all other pets!
“Megan did an excellent job with our two bulldogs while we were gone for the weekend. She stayed at our house and took care of things while we were out of town. She is very reliable and we would definitely recommend Megan for anyone needing a sitter.”

About: My pets are my world! I have done extensive learning when it comes to dog training and their psychology. My top priority is the safety of all pets! I’m currently a part time worker and student🎓 I am studying business management and have an associates in human resources. I’m looking for additional work. I am a pet parent of 2 dogs. I have a fence in yard where we throw the ball daily. During the evenings my dogs relax in our mud room with their beds
“Amazing! I have to admit….we were a bit nervous using Rover for the first time but the Odalys were great! I totally recommend to anyone who needs a house/dog sitter. Very communicative. Our little dog loved them!”

“Adirah did an incredible job with my pup, Cooper. She was kind enough to do a meet and greet to get him comfortable and kept me updated on things all weekend. She also took very good care of the apartment. I’m so grateful she was able to look after my little guy and I will most certainly be booking with her again.”

“We went on an extended trip and had Robby watch our little fur family for the second time! He did an excellent job (again!). He provided daily updates and pictures. And he genuinely enjoys spending time with our two cats and golden retriever! It is so amazing to have someone we can trust completely with our babies. We highly, highly recommend him!”

Rebecca is always amazing with our dog Rocco. She is great about updates and sends photos regularly. I trust her with our pup and in our home and will continue to rebook with her over and over! Rocco loves his time with her and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great sitter who will love and care for your pet!

Leaving your fur kids for almost a month isn't easy. Leaving your fur kids with a brand new sitter is scary. Leaving your older fur kids that you bottle raised with medical issues for weeks is downright anxiety ridden. Therefore, I honestly, 1000% recommend Sierra for pet and home sitting! Through the years we've had pet sitters both privately and through Rover. Sierra absolutely surpassed all including family! We have 5 cats in total. 4 geriatric cats, 3 of whom have ongoing medical issues that require close monitoring/medications and 1 young ex feral whose afraid of strangers. Sierra was able to medicate even the most difficult cat and became close friends with the stranger danger girl. Within the first 48 hrs of leaving there was a medical situation and Sierra got her the support she needed immediately. She quickly figured out how to help manage the IBD cat which isn't easy as it changes almost daily. Sierra managed to get the difficult, bonded to 1 person geriatric cat to eat and take her insulin on schedule. On top of these difficulties there was also a issue with our AC that took a couple of days to get fixed. Communication was excellent and Sierra kept us updated on how everyone was doing as well as pictures showing how good they looked. While they obviously missed us, we returned home to cared for content cats. Who looked better than they ever have after a sitter. It was clear that Sierra did more than just feed, water, and medicate. She took time with them, gave them attention and clearly learned their individual personalities. We are already looking into booking Sierra for our next trip and hopefully will be able to for years to come.
We had such a great experience with our dog sitter! Our black lab absolutely loved him. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and happy. We got regular updates, photos, and could see how relaxed and well cared for our dog was the entire time. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly great with dogs!

Nellii stayed with our dogs for a long weekend and they loved her! Her communication was excellent, she sent lots of pictures, and she made the fellas feel safe and cared for. We highly recommend Nellii and will definitely reach out to her for our next trip. Thank you, Nellii!
