She came to meet us a couple of weeks ahead of our travel, and spent time answering questions about her knowledge and experience caring for puppies. During our trip, Sierra kept us informed about her schedule, how the puppies were doing, and sent us photos of them. It was clear from the way she talked about them that she genuinely cared for them, and was taking excellent care of them. Upon returning home, we found the home and our puppies in good shape, with minimal cleaning needed (I should note that we have very high standards for cleanliness). Overall, we were very impressed with Sierra. She was very friendly and personable while also being very professional and responsive.
