About: This is my first time pet sitting professionally. I had a medium schnauzer-mix for 17 years, he crossed the rainbow bridge 2.5 years ago and I miss him dearly. I love animals and often wish I had one of my own but I feel I am still grieving my furever love. I'm seeking PT work and figured pet sitting could be very fulfilling in more ways than financially. He stayed at our place for four days while we were on vacation and he updated us frequently with any necessary information and super cute videos/pics! About: I have lived and worked with pets my whole life, but have been a professional pet care provider for 8+ years. I spent the last 6 years at a doggy daycare in Austin, providing professional care for dogs of all kinds. I am experienced with administering medication, orally and via injection. I am also comfortable and experienced with handling pets that need special attention for behavioral or health reasons. I have two senior kitties of my own, but I love all animals, and enjoy getting to bond with and care for other people's pets. In addition to dogs and cats, I am also experienced with other pets, including reptiles and amphibians, smalls mammals, birds, and farm animals. I recently left my kennel job to move to San Antonio. For the time being, I am unemployed and have full availability! I will update my profile when that changes. I am living in a rental property, and unfortunately cannot care for pets in my own home.
