“Brianna was comminicative and thoughtful in her care of my senior dog. He was happy and well cared for when I returned and we will definitely consider booking with Brianna again.”

“Rachel provided the best care for Apollo while we were on vacation. We were anxious to leave our elderly boy for a week, but Rachel put our minds at ease. We didn't have to worry about how he was doing because we received pictures and video daily. When an incident happened with Apollo, she communicated immediately and responded with professionalism, kindness and understanding. Apollo and our home were well cared for and we would recommend 100% recommend her services to others.”

“Leah is an absolute gem! From start to finish, her communication was top-notch—we felt completely at ease the entire time we were away in Puerto Rico. We didn’t worry for a second, knowing our dogs were in such loving and capable hands. Whiskey and Rye adore her (which says everything), and to top it all off, we came home to a house that was somehow cleaner than we left it! Leah went above and beyond in every way, and we’ll 100% be booking her again. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Nichole is really wonderful to work with - friendly, professional, flexible, responsible, and communicative. Super grateful for her last minute support :)”

“Wonderful! Very attentive to my poodles. Helped to address a food issue when one of mine went on a hunger strike. Very respectful of my home. She stayed for 3 days and 2 nites. Great communication! Love her!!”

“Sam is so amazing! She loves our pets as much as her own. We are so lucky to have her as a pet sitter because we know they will always be taken care of. It is a huge weight off our mind when traveling!”

“Thanks again Sam for house sitting and caring for our fur baby. We love the pic updates and felt very happy seeing how great you care for our dog. Always a pleasure working with you.”

“We contacted Dora last minute for house sitting and definitely was the best decision we made!! She is AMAZING, lovely and patient, she keeps you updated all day with pictures, videos and texts, I’m a worried and nervous dog mom haha and the updates definitely made me feel better and calm. She loves what she does, that’s for sure. Our apartment and Luka, where in good hands, she’s really respectful with your place. She cares about every single and small thing, we have TONS of good things to say about Dora, run, don’t walk to reserve with her! Thanks for everything Dora, our family loves you! Million thanks, looking forward to have you again!”

“Sonia was so kind to take a last minute booking for a family emergency. She came for a meet and greet and asked great questions to make sure she was prepared. She was communicative and sent pictures throughout the stay, and followed through the schedule we had discussed. She definitely seems like a dog whisperer, when she came to bring the key back, my dog stood at the door watching her! I would absolutely welcome her back to house/dog sit.”

“Lindsey was amazing! She helped us out with a last minute trip and was very communicative. She sent lots of pictures of my babies and they seemed to love the attention. Would absolutely recommend her!”

About: I’ve always had a special connection with animals and love caring for them. I was raised by a veterinary technician and accompanied my mom to the vet clinic when I was a toddler. She was always fostering dogs and I loved the looks on peoples faces when I told them I lived with 20 dogs at one point. I followed in her foot steps and worked at vet clinics throughout my high school and college years with the goal to become a veterinarian. I stopped at a bachelors in biology for my goals have changed, but my love for animals has never changed. I currently work for a vaccine clinic and pet sit for friends/family often carrying the knowledge my mom and other veterinary coworkers have taught me. I have experience in recognizing animal emotions and abnormal behavior. I can respond efficiently to emergencies. I can administer medications and adhere to special guidelines when it comes to disabled or senior pets. Having lived in a multi pet home, I can keep pets separated if needed for safety. My dog was not friendly with other animals, so know what it’s like to pay attention to environment on walks, etc. I don’t mind cleaning up often, accidents happen. I recently lost my baby to kidney disease. I miss having her around but am not ready for another dog. I would love to care for other pets! I work part time: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 9am-1pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm. I would love to spend my free time loving and caring for animals. I loved spoiling my dog and others with lots of love. My dog shared a bed with me, using a blanket and pillow like a human. She always got a bite of my food, if safe, and was never low on treats. She often got a new toy, for she destroyed them quick. I enjoyed sitting outside with her so she could sunbathe. For more activity, I took her on walks around the neighborhood or nearby trails. A car ride for a pup cup is something I don’t mind doing. When caring for family/friends pets I always ensure to give extra loving and patience, for they are probably wondering where their owners are.

“Leo does such a great job with our older doggies. He gives them lots of love and attention. I don’t even think they miss us when we’re gone! We’ve booked him for overnight stays twice now and will continue to hire him when we travel!!”
“Damien did an amazing job at caring for my dogs. They warmed up to him very quickly loved being around him. He was also very respectful of the house and very clean. I will be booking him again. I highly recommend Damien to anyone needing a good sitter.”

“Olivia was so amazing! Seniors last minute to help me out with my dogs. She asked for a meet and greet first which was lovely. She took her time to get to know my dogs and spend good quality time with them; they really enjoyed their time with her!”

“Sarah did a good job of watching our 2 dogs. She followed my instructions perfectly. Just one thing- would have liked a few more pics and updates but I never had to worry that my girls weren’t getting good care.”

Oak Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Absolutely LOVE Sarah. This was the first time I used Rover and I was a bit nervous. She was very communicative and helpful. She met twice before I left out of the country so my little grumble could get familiar with her. The stay was seamless and she provided sweet updates with pictures. The pugs miss her I can tell and I look forward to reaching out to her in the future. Thank you Sarah!!!

We had an unexpected situation come up right as we were leaving for Puerto Rico, and our original sitter canceled last minute. Thankfully, this amazing couple stepped in on very short notice and completely saved the trip for us. From day one, they were incredibly reliable, communicative, and caring. They made sure our dog was comfortable, stuck to his routine, and handled his medication perfectly. We got regular updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while being away. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they look after, and that meant everything to us. We came back to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and attentive sitters—we’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Sonia recently watched my 4 dogs and 3 cats for five days and did an excellent job. I know my household is a bit crazy but Sonia handled everything as I would have. This included providing medications to my senior dog and following some quirky feeding instructions because my dogs can be weird. She also messaged with questions when she had them. I appreciated that. I would definitely rebook with Sonia.

Jessica is awesome! We have had her before and will continue as long as she is willing! She goes above and beyond caring not only for Winnie but also our house. I'm not sure if Winnie likes Jessica even better than us. We feel at-ease and comfortable when we are away. Thank you, Jessica!
Sonya was SUPER sweet and attentive to my pups, I get super bad anxiety leaving my babies due to past experiences but with Sonya I didnt worry at all! My dogs are a pain and try and get away with everything so I'm very glad she knew exactly how to read my dogs!

Ashley was super understanding and thoughtful. She knows her way around cats and I was very grateful to have someone who kept them company. I also have a newly senior cat and she was able to handle her supplements and her asthma. Thank you so much again Ashley!

Jianna was an amazing sitter for our babies!! Our pups immediately felt comfortable with her, she communicated and made sure to give me regular updates with lots of photos and was overall a great person! So happy we found her to watch our babies while we are away!
