“Joshua was great at watching our cat, Lola for 2.5 weeks. We were very nervous, because Lola had never been left with a stranger before, and doesn't have the best attitude sometimes 😉 At the meet and greet, Joshua had his dog Brewster, who was very sweet and calm, but Lola was hissing and swiping every chance she had. Joshua had never watched a cat before but he was confident everything would be fine- and it was. Lola seemed to get very comfortable with Joshua very quickly. He was even able to pick her up, which we weren't expecting. Now that Lola is home, she seems very calm and has adjusted very well. I think a big part of this is because of Joshua's patience and kindness with her. We will definitely go with Joshua again if needed. Thanks so much!”

“BEST SITTER HERE ON ROVER!!!! I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Shannon was to my boys !! She was super accommodating even when the weather through a wrench in my plans she was able to help . From start to finish she was a gem ! And treated my boys with such care and love . It’s hard to find someone to care for your fur babies on this site .. and I’m so grateful to have met her and had our boys in her home . She updated me with pictures and videos everyday while I was ways . She made sure my German shepherd ate with helping with hand feeding him and adding some yogurt to his food because of his anxiety. She played with both my German shepherd and my golden retriever , and made sure they were comfortable on night one by sleeping with them on the couch , and she had everything and more for them such as treats , beds , toys . She was so AMAZING AND KIND! I absolutely loved her at my boys sitter and will continually book with her again, because my mind was at such comfort and ease while she had them in her care. I honestly can’t say how thankful we are to have found Shannon !!!”

She was warm and friendly, answered all of our questions with great detail, and even asked questions about Rico and any special considerations/needs that I had not considered listing when creating our pet profile. Genevieve was extremely good at communicating during our 7 days away. We received a couple of photos each day, with a detailed write-up of Rico's daily adventures. She administered Rico's many different medications daily, and was sure to let us know what was administered and how much.
