“The meet and greet with Douglas was a great start to what would be a less worrisome trip out of town. This was my first time using a pet sitting service, and there were the initial jitters of providing access to my home, but after talking with Douglas and learning more about his experiences with pet sitting I felt at ease. The process of acquiring a sitter through Rover.com and the communication platform provided gave me a new source for planning future care for my cats.”

“Jaime was amazing! He took great care of our two dogs, Rocky and Sky, while we were on vacation. He kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. You can tell he truly cares about animals—both Rocky and Sky were happy and well cared for when we returned. The house was just as we left it, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely trust Jaime again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable person.”

“Elena was a great sitter for Princess. Our kitty is very shy, but she eventually came out and I am sure she appreciated that someone was there overnight. About: I've been surrounded by pets my whole life. I grew up with many cats (currently have 5) and a super loving golden retriever. Ever since I was 12, my neighbors and family friends have trusted me to watch their pets. Now that I'm away from home, I love any opportunity to spend time with animals. I can assure you your pets will be well taken care of and in loving hands with me!! I'm currently self-employed, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I can house-sit or stop in for as long as you need any days/times of the week! I have watched many pets over the years. If you have a specific routine with your pet, I will easily be able to adapt to it so that your pet can stay in routine!

America C.
“I am pleased to recommend America for a dog walking and pet care position through Rover. As a graduate of a Veterinary Assistant program, America brings a strong background in animal care, along with the professionalism, compassion, and reliability that pet owners value and trust. America has consistently demonstrated her natural connection with animals, as well as her ability to handle a wide range of situations with calmness and care. Her veterinary training gives her a solid understanding of animal behavior, basic medical needs, and emergency preparedness—skills that set her apart from typical pet care providers. Whether walking dogs, feeding, administering medications, or simply providing companionship, America approaches each responsibility with dedication and heart. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and warm demeanor make her an ideal candidate for pet owners looking for someone they can rely on. She is respectful of clients’ homes, attentive to specific pet needs, and always goes the extra mile to ensure both the pets and their owners feel secure and happy. America would be an exceptional addition to the Rover community, and I have no doubt she will build lasting relationships with the pets and families she serves. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding her qualifications or experience.”

Stacy R.
“To whom it may concern. Stacy Rios use to be my pet sitter part time when we were roommates. Working two jobs it’s difficult taking care of my dog but thanks to Stacy my dog remained engaged with other animals as she would take her out to dog parks and make sure she was socialized. As someone who has her own pet Stacy takes great care of other peoples animals and is always willing to go the extra mile for the fur babies. She doesn’t see them as some else pet but treats them as her own.”

Kara M.
“Recently I asked Kara to look after my large old German shepherd! She told great care of Bear. Treated my dog as if it were her own! She’s a great pick for this kind of work!”

Jacqueline E.
“As her brother growing up Jacqueline always had a desire to look after animals especially dogs. Ever since we got our first puppy, Jacqueline had a deep connection with the pupp, due to the fact the puppy didnt have a mother to be looked after. She felt that she needed to play that role, she pretty much raised it on her own growing up. And now she dog sits for family members or friends, cause they know she wouldn't say no if they asked to her to do so knowingly how responsible and how much chemistry she has with dogs, they know she is the go to person with it comes to dog sitting.”
