I was apprehensive about using the Rover app, but after meeting Riitta in person, talking with her about my dog, and getting a tour of where my dog would be boarding, I felt very comfortable with having them board with Riitta. While my dog stayed with Riitta, we received updates and pictures on how my dog was doing. They weren’t too many and they weren’t too little: it was just the right amount of communication! I’ve never been this stress free while away from my dog, so you can be sure I’ll be a repeat customer for Riitta. THANK YOU!”

One dog needed to have stitches removed while we were gone and John generously agreed to take him in to have that done. The dogs came back happy and healthy. “Natalie is wonderful! As soon as we got there she made me and my girl comfortable. My dog is very perceptive with people and animals. If she isn’t comfortable she won’t go near them. Immediately my dog was wagging her tail and happy to be there. Likewise, when we picked her up she was happy. While greeting us she kept going back to Natalie as well. I will definitely want my girl to stay with Natalie again. What a relief to find a loving compassionate caring home for my girl when we need one”

I left feeling totally comfortable with them staying with Christel and her family for a long weekend. My dogs are big Great Pyrenees and Christel took them for walks and handled everything. She even set-up and took-down the huge sleeping crates we brought. During the trip Christel sent so many pictures and updates. My dogs were always smiling and playing and I could tell she loved having them. It felt like my doggies were at a sleep-away camp, they had so much fun! All throughout she was so easy to work with and flexible. Christel gave my dogs so much personal attention that I think they came back better trained than when I left them! My dogs had an amazing time in a big backyard where they played with their sweet resident dog and were loved by a family. It was perfect.”
