“Melissa took care of our dog, Brownie, for 8 days and 8 nights, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment Brownie arrived, it was clear that Melissa and her family treated her as one of their own. Their beautiful home by the lake provided a wonderful environment, and Brownie felt completely at home with them. Knowing she was surrounded by such a caring family gave us tremendous peace of mind. While we were away on a cruise with limited communication, Melissa went above and beyond to keep us updated. She consistently shared photos, messages, and updates about Brownie, making sure we knew she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Brownie has a special diet that requires her favorite food to be cooked, and Melissa was incredibly flexible and accommodating in helping maintain her routine. She truly made every effort to ensure Brownie felt comfortable and loved during her stay. Melissa and her family did far more than we expected. They took Brownie on walks, gave her plenty of attention, and cared for her with genuine love and kindness. We never had a single moment of worry while we were away.
