About: I grew up with four large dogs and have had dogs ever since. I currently have four Great Pyrenees mixes of my own (all fosters who I ended up keeping). I’ve fostered over 40 dogs in the last several years, and am well versed in dog body language and dog-dog interactions. My dogs all love to play with other dogs. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my upmost priority. If your dog is boarding with us, they will have free access to the house and yard while we’re home. We allow dogs on the couches and beds, unless you prefer otherwise, and want them to feel as at home as possible. I have plenty of treats, so please let me know if there any food restrictions. I work from home and the dogs will have someone home almost all the time, and can come with me in the car if I need to leave the house and they don’t like being alone. Please let me know if there are any behaviors I should be aware of and any routines you would like me to keep up! I work from home full time and your pup will rarely, if ever, be alone. If we need to leave the house, your dog can stay home (if comfortable) or accompany us in the car (weather permitting). I want your dog to feel as at home as possible. My dogs love to play and then settle down for nap time on the couch, and I hope your dog feels comfortable enough to do the same. We sometimes go to Sniffspots or on hikes, if this is something your dog would enjoy we’d love to include them.

“Emily is amazing! She has become our regular dog walker for our reacue pup Yoshi. Because he is a rescue, he came to us very sick. She took his kennel cough on in stride and without my asking she offered to confirm for me that he was passing worms in his stool! Seriously, that is above and beyond!!! I feel as though she cares for him as much as I do - letting me know when his behavior is off and alerting me to his needs. She takes great pictures and communicates well. I was skeptical about giving my house key to someone I didnt know - she set me at ease at our meet and greet and was tje best decision we made after taling Yoshi home. Hire her! She is our go to for midday walks.”

“I was so pleased to discover this option for boarding our dogs. When we met Christel before our stay I could tell she loves dogs and she’s good with them. I left feeling totally comfortable with them staying with Christel and her family for a long weekend. My dogs are big Great Pyrenees and Christel took them for walks and handled everything. She even set-up and took-down the huge sleeping crates we brought. During the trip Christel sent so many pictures and updates. My dogs were always smiling and playing and I could tell she loved having them. It felt like my doggies were at a sleep-away camp, they had so much fun! All throughout she was so easy to work with and flexible. Christel gave my dogs so much personal attention that I think they came back better trained than when I left them! My dogs had an amazing time in a big backyard where they played with their sweet resident dog and were loved by a family. It was perfect.”

“Absolutely outstanding boarding experience—Rachel is our go-to for our German Shepherd! We’ve boarded Bella with Rachel multiple times now, and every stay has been perfect. As a large, energetic breed, German Shepherds can be a handful, but Rachel handles her with such confidence, care, and expertise. Bella always comes home happy, tired from plenty of play and walks, and clearly well-loved. Rachel is incredibly responsive—messages are answered quickly, and she keeps us updated every step of the way. The daily photo and video updates are a game-changer, showing Bella playing in the yard, cuddling, or just relaxing like she’s at home. She follows all our instructions perfectly (including feeding and exercise routines) and is super flexible; when our flights have been delayed or even canceled, she’s happily accommodated the changes without hesitation. We feel so lucky to have found someone we trust completely. We’ve already booked our next few trips with Rachel because we honestly can’t imagine anyone else taking care of Bella. “Kelsey was amazing with our 2 year old Newfoundland Poodle mix! Our dog is very large and new to boarding, so had some nerves to work out. Kelsey was very patient and kind with him. On day 1 he was reluctant to come out of the kennel, but by the end of his stay, he was happily running in the yard with other dogs. Kelsey sent us videos and pictures for his entire stay.
