“Kyle & Marissa are the best! Super easy to communicate and work with, and really welcoming and awesome with our pups. Moose & Bunny played, took a walk, and came home super tired, which is always what you hope for. We got updates and photos, and felt totally comfortable leaving them. This is a great family, and we'll definitely book with them again. Fun fact: they even sent us home with a goodie bag from their apple trees and garden! Thanks, y'all :)”

“Tracy really helped us out by accommodating our dog who was still healing from surgery. My husband also had long hours for work while the rest of the family was away. We are very happy to have found you. Thanks for taking such great care of our dogs!”

“Dawn was fantastic with Pepper! She took great care of her, and Pepper was happy and comfortable the whole time. Super easy to communicate with, and the scenic drive out to her place was a lovely bonus. We’d absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.”

“Jennifer was great with our pup!! She has an amazing and huge backyard where the dogs could race around. She was very attentive to our concerns and great with our dog. We are leaving on trip and will be boarding her with Jennifer for a week and trust that she is in good hands.”

“I know that my beloved Sophie is in good hands. Amber and Barb showed such care and consideration for my senior dog. There aren’t enough superlatives to express what a great initial experience I had leaving my dog in their care.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have cared for pets since I was a child. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love. As a retired pet sitter with a flexible schedule, I can give your pets the time, attention, companionship, and frequent potty breaks they deserve throughout the day. I’m experienced caring for pets of all ages, including senior dogs and cats, and I’m comfortable administering medications when needed. I also have experience caring for cats, alpacas, goats, chickens, and cows, so I’m comfortable with a variety of animals and their unique needs. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I take the time to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I share my home with my sweet senior Beagle, who is very laid-back, gentle, and gets along well with other animals. His calm personality helps visiting pets feel welcome and at ease. While my yard is not fenced, I live in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood that’s perfect for safe leash walks, sniff adventures, or stroller rides for senior pets who still enjoy getting outside. For added peace of mind, a veterinary clinic is conveniently located right at the bottom of my street should an emergency ever arise. I will care for your pets as if they were my own, providing them with plenty of love, patience, and individualized attention. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in loving, dependable hands. As a retiree, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide care any day of the week, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and last-minute bookings when available. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of love. I understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine, and I’m happy to work around their schedule to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. “For everyone’s safety, I only allow dogs outdoors while securely leashed unless otherwise instructed by the owner.” As a previous owner of two small Yorkies, who sadly passed away from old age, I know how important it is for them to continuously be watched due to predators etc. I will always be very cautious with your prize possessions. I occasionally have my 7 year old grandson in my home, but he is great with animals. He’s only at my place a couple times a week.
About: I have owned and cared for pets for all of my life but it’s been a big part of my life over the last several years. Friends have dropped off pets at my home on 1.5acres, close into Woodinville. My own pets are very, happily socialized to enjoy visiting pets. There is a large fenced, fully landscaped yard to wander and always attention, pat’s and treats to go around. I will be working part time so no more than a few hrs away from the home a couple days a week. Fun times ahead! I have a large, fenced yard and a monitored doggy door to allow for potty brakes and free roaming. My dogs are well socialized and a little on the older side so tend to just hang out during the day.

About: I have been reliably caring for homes and pets for over 20 years, you can count on me to be there for your fur babies Housekeeping and pet care are my work, so you can count on me to find time for your pets. Available daily to put them first I have a fenced yard and a quiet neighborhood to make your pets comfortable and safe. One friendly dog, an old kitty and myself to deliver playtime and snuggles as needed
“Melodie was wonderful with Pepper! She kept us updated throughout the day and made us feel completely at ease. Pepper had so much fun and got lots of playtime and attention. We’d absolutely trust Melodie with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter. The best review Pepper can give is that she came home happy, exhausted, and slept the rest of the evening!”

“Candra is attentive, experienced, and made sure my dog received all the love, exercise, and mental stimulation she needed. Her sweet kids and husband were so involved and gentle, creating a warm, loving environment where my dog felt loved. It is clear she genuinely cares about the animals in her care and goes above and beyond to make sure every need is met. She knew how to handle my dog, who has separation anxiety and doesn’t calm easily in new places. Candra has calm and kind energy, and has great discretion. And her house and backyard are perfect for dogs. I couldn’t recommend more, Candra will be able to identify your dogs needs and make sure you get the best experience possible!”

“Wonderful sitters. They really worked at understanding and respecting Deja's sweet and spicy personality. Deja had a great time and I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care.”

“Tunyi was so great with Mitti. She gave her puzzles to do and sent us a ton of videos. Her dog and Mitti hung out all day and I was very comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommend Tunyi!!!”

About: Hi, my name is Kelsey! I am a mom of three wonderful kids and have decided to make a little money by doing what I love, caring for pets. I work as a real estate agent so my hours are very flexible. As someone who has needed to rely on someone to care for our pets while we are gone, I understand the importance of finding a loving and trustworthy person. I would love to care for your pets and give them a comfortable home. My first job was a vet assistant at an animal hospital and was then promoted to a receptionist. I've worked with all types of dogs and cats. I grew up fostering pets from PAWS and learned to love animals from a young age. I've had my beautiful German Shepherd for 10 years and two fun kitties for over 12 years. I would be happy to board your pet in our home. We treat every pet as our own and hope to make our home an extension of yours. Every animal is treated with care and will get tons of love from my kids. Your pets safety and happiness is my number one priority when they are in my care. We have a large yard with a dog run that is fully fenced. We will never leave your pet outside alone and if they are wounders they will be on leash. I'm currently a full time mom and real estate agent. My day is very flexible and I am home either with my kids or working. I have a fully fenced dog run which my dog loves to dig holes in and play. When your dog his in our home, we treat them as our own. They get the run of the house and just spend time with us.
“I have started to leave Mia with Xi for last 4 weeks. Honestly my experience with Rover has not been great. Xi completely changed the narrative for me . She is reliable, honest, kind and loving. She is awesome . She shares the pictures frequently, keeps providing the update, works with Mia to keep her calm. We really appreciate Xi.”

“Aina and her family were awesome! They accommodated us the day of and were very communicative. Sent us photos during Jake’s during his as well. Highly recommend and look forward to going back :)”

“Margaret took wonderful care of my italian greyhound mix Pippin! She sent me some beautiful pictures of him out on their walks and sunbathing in her gorgeous large backyard. Having worked in the animal care industry myself for multiple years, I have a keen sense of who to intrust with my baby boy. I never had a worry when he was staying with her and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for quality care for your furry family member <3”

“Darshana is an amazing dog sitter! I am very overprotective dog mama and I was super nervous about leaving my fur baby with just anyone. However, after meeting her I could tell she truly loves dogs and I know I am leaving my Kiki in great hands. Darshana is constantly sending me photos/updates throughout the day and I love that I never have to ask. When left for doggy daycare she even takes Kiki out on walks. Kiki is lucky to have such an attentive sitter watching over her. My work schedule is very long and appreciate the special accommodations that Darshana makes for us. Kiki always leaves happy and tired. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Kiki! I will continue to use you for daycare and future boarding services. Highly recommend!!!”

As of September 2026, there are 3,428 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across High Rock. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your High Rock commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 3,428 sitters in High Rock, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
