“So incredibly friendly and helpful! Marina stayed for a few hours with our extremely separation-anxious dog in our new apartment so we could go get some furniture. It felt like a silly request, but just having her there with Mable made a world of difference and by the time Marina left, Mable was sad to see her go. Marina sent us multiple adorable pictures of our dog while we were out and updated us regularly on what was going on, which was really nice for us as first-time users of any dog-sitting service. I’ve used Rover once in the past and had an awful experience with two different people canceling on me a day and two days before my trip and then the sitter that finally agreed to watch them, canceling on me after I left for my trip. My dogs can be super crazy at first and need some time getting used to someone new. Mariia came over once to meet them for a bit and then came over early the day I was leaving to spend some time with them before I left and that really helped my dogs get comfortable with her. I definitely over worry any time I’m away from my dogs and stress about whether they’re being good, but she stayed in contact with me every day sending messages and photos and it really helped me to enjoy my vacation and not worry about my dogs. I’m so happy I’ve finally found someone that I can rely on to watch them when I go on vacation. I can’t recommend her enough.”
