We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that we prioritize our schedule and decisions around. Our pets enjoy daily walks, a fenced in yard, numerous toys, and multiple scratch pads/towers. We have a fenced in yard and walkable neighborhood within range of a dog park. We have gates, crates, and beds of all sizes as well as room for animals to enjoy their own space. We currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs that socialize together all day long.

About: I have 9yrs experience of taking care of a German Shepard mix. I understand no two dogs are the same and each some with their own personalities and needs. I work fully remote at home and have a pretty flexible schedule! That being said, I would be available 24/7 and happy to organize a pick up or drop off time that works best for you. I have a 2,300sq foot house in Cotswold with a huge fenced in backyard. I’m happy to host here or at your house based on your pets needs. I don’t have any pets and just one roommate whose hallway will be blocked off. Otherwise, my home environment is calm and open.

About: Hello! I’m from Richmond, VA but have been in Charlotte for about 10 years. I have been house sitting and taking care of pets (dogs, cats and fish) as a side job since middle school. I grew up with a Bichon Frise (Sofie) and Alaskan Malamute (Kinley). I currently have one fur baby of my own, Kevin. He’s a 4 year old Samoyed. I’m super active and energetic and will thoroughly exercise and love on your pet while you are away. I would be honored to care for your furry family member(s). I will crate your pup if I leave the home (which is rare and always less than 2 hour increments) for safety purposes. I can only accept friendly, vaccinated dogs.

About: I adore animals, and always want you to trust that your precious dog or cat is comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away. I’ve been a pet owner most of my life. I grew up with dogs, hamsters, and fish, and have pet-sat dogs and cats since childhood. I care for several friends’ and neighbors’ dogs, both young and elderly, both in and out of my home. I have experience caring for a friend’s older rescue pup, working her way through trauma and trust issues, who has slowly warmed up to me. My family of five humans currently have a beloved dog, Sunny, and sweet little hamster, Poppy. I work part-time from my home, so I have a lot of free time for drop-ins, walks, daycare, and boarding. I enjoy time in my house and yard, playing with my dog, as well as taking walks, so dogs are the perfect companions! I have a fenced-in yard, and let my dog outside throughout the day and evening (although she prefers being inside). I also have gates that can be used to limit access to certain rooms or stairs as needed. I don’t use a crate for my dog or others I’ve watched in the past, but will if needed for the dog’s safety, anxiety, or comfort.
