About: Hi! My husband and I are both hybrid workers, so we’re home often and have flexible schedules that allow us to spend quality time with the dogs we watch. We live in a two-story home with no kids or pets of our own, which means your dog will have a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space to play and relax. Since there aren’t other animals or distractions, we’re able to give your dog our full attention, lots of love, and care tailored just to them. My experience with dogs goes back to when I was 3 years old, and had my first family dog that I grew up with like a sibling! From that moment, I always treated dogs as part of the family. I rescued my second dog while I was in college from a shelter, and I also spent many years pet sitting for my neighbors, which was truly a dream job because I got to spend all day long playing with dogs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and routine they often need—whether it's administering medications, helping them up stairs, or just giving them a peaceful spot to nap. We work full-time, but have hybrid schedules where we work from home most of the week. We make sure to rotate our in office days so one of us is always home. We are able to provide potty breaks every hour! For exercise, our neighborhood is suitable for long walks. We also have a yard where we can play with your dog, as well as several nearby trails.

About: I have had all sorts of animals growing up. I have never not had an animal in my household whether it was my parents, or my own. I absolutely adore all sorts of animals and always enjoy any time I get to spend with them. I have experience with both small and large dogs as well as senior care for dogs and cats. I also love all kinds of rodents and birds! In that category, I have had hamsters, bunnies, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, mice, (friends with ferrets), and parakeets so I am experienced with all of those animals as well! Safety is very important to me. I have previously nannied for several families who all had at least one dog (sometimes more than one dog and/or a cat(s)) so I have experience with caring for pets in a client’s home on a daily basis. If you have a fenced in yard, I will always make sure that the gate it closed prior to letting your dog outside. If your dog needs to be outside on a leash, I will always make sure that their collar or harness is secure on their body along with their leash before taking your dog outside. I personally have four cats who are strictly indoor cats only but like to try to sneak out. If you also have a pet that is not allowed outdoors, I will always be careful when entering or leaving the home to make sure that the said animal does not get out. I will also always follow any set routines and/or schedules that you have for your pet. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out! About: I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs and love getting to know their unique personalities. I’m calm, attentive, and respectful of each dog’s needs—whether that’s playtime, walks, or just relaxing. My goal is to make your dog feel at ease and give you total peace of mind. I work from home except one day per week. This gives me ample opportunity to care for and tend to your pup! If I run errands, they will be in their crate to ensure safety. I have a camera that allows me to check in while I’m out. Working from home allows me to be more available and flexible for communication, playtime, potty breaks or cuddles. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I follow feeding schedules closely, provide fresh water, and make sure pets get the appropriate amount of exercise, playtime, and rest. Communication is very important to me, so I provide regular updates, including photos, so you always know how your pet is doing. I pay close attention to behavior and energy levels to make sure pets are feeling well, and I’m mindful of safety at all times (secure doors, leashes, and environment). I also keep spaces clean and organized. Any dog showing signs of fleas will not be able to continue boarding. * Pets must arrive on flea/tick prevention (no exceptions for boarding). * If fleas are found, care will be paused and treatment may be required at owner’s expense.

About: At the moment I am doing Rover full time so your pet will have 100% of my attention and I will not be distracted by other work. I have a dog and a cat that are both friendly and love to play. If your pet needs a place to stay with other fun animals, this is the spot! I was laid off from my job and plan to do Rover full time until I find a new position. All my energy and focus will go into this and taking care of the pets. I care for them the same way I would care for my own cat and dog, treat them like family and give them everything they need.

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". It was a win for us and a win for our family and friends. My wife and I take lots of walks in the Charlotte area and we always love to stop and pet friendly dogs! I work remotely from our house, and would love to have some company while my wife is at work. And, it would be a great excuse to get up and go for a walk a few times a day. Your dog would get lots of attention and love while they are here. I could also stop by your house to let your dog out and go for a walk. Really do love dogs and miss having one around. We would be doing each other a favor!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, a rabbit, and fish, so caring for animals has always been a normal part of my everyday life. I also have hands-on experience helping care for boarding and daycare dogs in my home, which has given me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, potty breaks, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’ve learned that every pet is different, so I pay attention to their individual personality and needs and follow the owner’s instructions and normal routine as closely as possible. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. On a typical weekend, I’m available throughout the day for morning potty breaks and feeding, walks, playtime, plenty of attention, and evening care. I’m able to adjust my schedule based on each pet’s normal routine, including meal times, walks, medications, and bedtime. My family also helps with pet care when needed, so pets have plenty of attention and supervision throughout their stay. Safety and comfort are really important in our home. When caring for pets from multiple families, dogs can be separated as needed so everyone has their own safe space to relax and decompress. Dogs are fed separately in their own crates or designated spaces to prevent food-related conflicts, and crates can also be used for rest or whenever an owner requests it. I try to make each pet’s stay feel as familiar and comfortable as possible, so owners are encouraged to bring their pet’s favorite bed, blanket, stuffed toy, or “lovey” from home. I follow each pet’s normal feeding, potty, medication, and sleeping routine as closely as possible. Pets are supervised during interactions, and I pay attention to their individual personalities and comfort levels rather than expecting every dog to immediately become best friends. My goal is to give each pet plenty of attention while also making sure they have a comfortable, secure place to retreat and relax when they need it.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of different dogs and I’ve owned my own dogs. I currently have a 12 pound cavapoo. She is the sweetest dog and very friendly with other dogs. My backyard is completely fenced in so your pup will be very safe during playtime. I love to take dogs on walks and be active with them and then snuggle on the couch! I’m currently a stay at home mom with my newborn and my husband works from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your pup! I am available for boarding on weekdays and weekends! I have a big, fenced in backyard and one small, loving dog that would have so much fun playing with your pup. I am able to crate your dog if you would like, or my house is safe for free roaming.
