About: My neighbors and friends of ten+ years have counted on me, and still do, to care for their animals. Over my lifetime, I've cared for reptiles, cats, squirrels and dogs since childhood. I prefer animals over people. They get me. And, I understand them very well. Usually daily activities will include at least one trip to either a dog park where we will spend no less than one hour at play or greeting other dogs or we will visit the Sahuarita Lake Park for no less than a one mile walk around the lake. I also will administer medicine, injections and bandage wounds if necessary. I am used to caring for ailing and senior animals. I provide tender and loving care. I also take time to do daily rooming (combing and brushing) and washing soiled linen and towels. I am good at leaving your home clean or cleaner than when I arrived. I do not have formal training to perform cpr.. I am a home body spending time writing short stories and the next best American novel or meditating. My space is my sanctuary. And, if your pet feels safer in their own environment, I will care for your pet in the environment in which they are accustomed while I protect and respect your privacy. Due to strict HOA anti business rules, I cannot conduct a pet care business out of my home. Otherwise, I would love to care for animals in my home.
“Sara is absolute ROCKSTAR. Our Mookie absolutely loves her. He had his 2nd stay with her and we could tell he had a blast. He normally doesn’t eat the most consistent but he did with Sara. About: I had an English Setter Callie, and loved her as if she were my daughter. After she passed, it was not the same and I really missed her and the unconditional love and happiness she brought into my life. The past two years I've been house sitting for several people all over the United States, which began with an uber driver asking me if I'd look after his Belgian Malinois Berta while he went on a cruise. On March 2, 2026 I found a chihuahua, Sweetie abandoned walking towards the road while I was house sitting for a customer. I saved her, she wasn't microchipped, no collar, nobody claimed her despite my listings. She is family now and an unbelievable gift in my life. She is 4 years old, very friendly with people, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. Shes a total sweetheart and I bring her with me on sits, and have been impressed with how different pets interact with her and how they motivate and teach each other little things. I work remotely in financial services as a life insurance, mortgage protection broker. Plenty of schedule flexibility, I schedule all my own clients and appointments. I'm very health conscious and enjoy getting outside hiking, walking trails, or going to the gym to stay fit. Treat pets and homes as if they're your own. Leave things as found or better than when you arrived. I like to keep owners updated consistently usually every 2 or 3 days, with photos and an occasional video of something funny if you catch pets in the act.

About: I previously worked at an animal shelter where I would walk, feed, clean up after and assist in the grooming of both cats and dogs. I am also trained with both younger and older pets and am capable of giving them any medication they make be currently taking.
