About: I grew up on a farm with many dogs. I have experience with giving medication and bottle feeding puppies. I have dog sat for a neighbor on many occasions, as well as I have helped run dog shed hunts. I am a college student at Fort Hays State University right now, so my schedule is pretty open. Pet care fits perfectly in my routine. I care for pets so that the pet can be as happy as possible while their owner is gone and make sure the owner has reassurance that their precious fur baby is in good hands.

About: I have had pets all my life! I am a lover of all animals;) I'm always the one with pets no matter where or what we are doing. I am a stay at home mom who is looking to earn a little extra income doing something I love! While teaching the kids life lessons along with it. I have a HOME full of love; between children, dogs x3, and cats x2. We will love on you fur baby until you return, they will feel right at home guaranteed!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets since before I turned 14. From the age of 14 I started to do it professionally with doing come and go pet sitting, drop in visits, and house-sitting. I worked at a boarding facility and had an internship at a veterinary clinic. My family and I have 5 dogs and several barn cats that I help care for on a daily basis. I’m certified in CPR and the Heimlich maneuver on cats and dogs. I also have the ability to train dogs and adjust to personal training standards. I’m available any time and can do over night stays if needed. I’m fully capable of adjusting to any one’s personal schedule and meet with you any time that is convenient. I can easily adjust my techniques depending on the age, health, size and ability/disability of each pet. I will not overstep boundaries of your pet and gain trust in their pace rather than at my own.

About: Hi Everyone! My name is Shayla Hammes. My services include boarding, doggy daycare, drop-in visits, and dog walking! A little about me! I currently live in Hays, KS for school. I have many years of experience with animals and will be able to help with whatever your dog may need including medication administration. My schedule is very flexible so that gives me plenty of time to spend with your dog! I live in a house with a fenced in backyard for your dogs to be able to run and play in. I will also be able to take them on a walk throughout the neighborhood. I have a three year old goldendoodle named Maverick! He does so well with other dogs and loves to have “friends” over to run around and play with! Throughout your stay you will be able to reach me at any time. I will be sure to update you with pictures daily throughout the stay! I would love to care for your fur-baby! My schedule is very flexible which gives me plenty of time to play and hang out with your fur baby! I will never accept a booking if I will be gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have a fenced in back yard. Your dogs will be taken out and played with in my yard and walked throughout my neighborhood. It is important to let me know how your dog walks on a leash as I have a dog of my own that I may or may not take on the walk also.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind ever since I was a kid. I’ve grown up in a house that has always had at least one dog. I am available for almost all services including walking, playing, and boarding! I’m currently working full time, but I have plenty of time in my spare time to play! I have two days off a week, and usually work weekends. Although I live in an apartment, we have plenty of space for your puppy to run around! I can also crate your dog if needed.

About: My name is Katie and I am a responsible, dependable mom with flexible time on her hands, spare room in her heart for furry friends and a desire to earn some extra income. I have been a pet lover/owner all my life and have experience with all sizes and ages of dogs plus cats, birds, tortoises, fish, chickens and more! We currently have a pretty Mini Aussie named CoCo, a mixed terrier named Lucy, a fuzzy and funny cat named Cricket and a completely calm and sweet bearded dragon named Blaze. I also have a 17-year old son who has worked at the Sternberg Musuem in Hays and currently works part time at the Rolling Hills Zoo in Salina. He wants to be a zoologist and mammalogist after graduate school. If given permission by the client, I would have a very handy assistant to provide extra love, throw extra balls and give extra attention. We look forward to caring for your furry friends! I work from home with a very flexible schedule. My teenager is homeschooled, my husband and mom (both animal lovers and both retired) are also home all day and always give our Rover guests loads of love and attention too! I have a fully fenced yard adjacent to a huge park right off our backyard. Our home is 100% dog friendly and can also be sectioned off if needed.

I'm a graduate student so my mornings are typically taken up with classes, but I keep a good work-life balance between school and my job I have two dogs and two cats of my own. The dogs I have are kennel trained, and are hound breeds so I'm used to sniff-heavy walks.

About: I have had pets my whole life and have cared for family pets as well. I have many animals myself some might even say a zoo. I am going to school for marine biology and love all furry friends. I am in college at Fort hays state university I have classes in the morning but am done by 3 most days and have breaks in between. I also have 22 animals at home I take care of. Every animal is diffrent I would feel most comfortable meeting animals beforehand with owners present and learn what they do for their schedule so there isint much change. I'm ok with grooming walking feeding and anything else that is needed pretty much.

About: Growing up, my father was allergic to both dogs and cats, so we often kept smaller pets in our house. I have taken care of small-dwarf hamsters to energetic bunnies within that segment. As I got older, I took the responsibility of watching after my neighbor's dogs and cats, whether it be taking them on walks or playing with them, as well as feeding them. I have never owned a larger animal such as a dog or cat, however, I understand their behavior and am more than comfortable being around them and supporting their needs. I am currently a part-time student so I will have time sprinkled throughout the week to take care of your pet! Typically, Tuesdays and Thursdays are my "days off", but I am more than flexible. During weekdays, anytime after noon works best. On weekends, I am usually available from morning to evening times all around! I always want to respect the home, the homeowner, and the pet I am taking care of when in the space to work. Saftey and comfort of the pet is my #1 priority and I take precautions to make sure the pet is well fed, comfortable in the environment, and that any restrictions are met.
