About: There are 2 Dogs in the house at all times. (Kelo and Chief) They share the furniture daily and bed every night. I'm happy to treat your dog to the same luxuries that Chief and Kelso get to experience as long as they are properly trained to do so. I can also keep them in their own kennel at night if that needs to be done as well. I'm happy to work with you to make your dogs experience as easy as possible. We both know that anxiety can get the best of owners and their Pets (AKA best friends) are apart! The 2 dogs in home are a Boston Terrier and a Boxer who are super friendly outgoing and love to play boxer is very gentle. If your family members are here. Please feel free to ask questions!!! I currently am home most of the time. I do come and go but will be home if pets are home, This way, if something is needed I willl be there. Home is cleaed every day, dishes are always done, laundry and floors. Have 2 dogs in home full time have to clean regularly to make sure the house is clean and smells nice. Anyone with pets knows not hard to have a stinky house if you have dogs that are inside all the time. Sweep and scrub floors as needed. Also have capet cleaner as well if needed. Use all these items to ensure place is nice and clean and safe.
About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets since before I turned 14. From the age of 14 I started to do it professionally with doing come and go pet sitting, drop in visits, and house-sitting. I worked at a boarding facility and had an internship at a veterinary clinic. I have cared for dogs, cats and all sorts of small animals. I’m certified in CPR and the Heimlich maneuver on cats and dogs. I also have the ability to train dogs and adjust to personal training standards. I’m available any time and can do over night stays if needed. I’m fully capable of adjusting to any one’s personal schedule and meet with you any time that is convenient. I can easily adjust my techniques depending on the age, health, size and ability/disability of each pet. I will not overstep boundaries of your pet and gain trust in their pace rather than at my own.

About: I’ve helped care for my family dog since 2019 and have hands-on experience house sitting for local pets over the years. Thanks to a flexible college schedule, I’m available throughout the day during regular working hours for continuous companionship, potty breaks, feeding, and walks. Your dog will be in caring, reliable hands! My daily routine is extremely open and flexible. I only have one college class a day and my weekends are completely free, leaving me with plenty of open time during standard work hours. With my own reliable car, I can easily travel to your home multiple times a day for drop-in visits, energetic walks, or extended playtimes whenever your pet needs attention. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is keeping their normal routine as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether I’m staying overnight, stopping by for check-ins, or taking them on active neighborhood walks, I focus on attentive, personalized care. I’m comfortable managing feeding schedules, giving lots of affection, and providing regular updates so you always have total peace of mind while you're away.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
