“Tara was the most wonderful caring dog sitter I could've asked for. I found out 2 weeks prior to our vacation that my 11 yr old Lab has diabetes. I thought I would have to cancel my trip. Not so, Tara has experience with that and was more than willing to test his blood sugars as well as provide the twice daily insulin injections. I could not have asked for better communication while we were away and care for our beloved dog. I highly recommend Tara and will be booking her again in the future.”

“Paul did an awesome job taking care of our elderly dog. It was difficult to leave her with a new dog sitter (our usual sitter got a new job) but after meeting Paul and seeing that Rheyah was immediately comfortable with him, we felt confident that he would take good care of her. Paul made sure that Rheyah took her medicine multiple times per day, fed her a special diet and even gave her a partial bath every other night to treat her chronic skin condition. He also took her for 2 walks per day when the weather permitted. Paul’s frequent photos and descriptions of what he and Rheyah were doing helped to calm my anxiety about leaving her with someone new. Not only did Paul take care of Rheyah, but he also fed my fish and managed to keep my not-so-healthy plants alive! We are very grateful that Paul’s profile came up on Rover and that he agreed to take care of Rheyah so that we could attend our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. We highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs a conscientious caring pet sitter!”

“Faith jumped in last minute with an overnight housesit for Argus and Annie. She came over to meet them a couple days prior and they took to her seamlessly. She is reliable, experienced and follows instructions well. She asked appropriate questions and and made the pup and us very comfortable. The pups were happy and obviously well cared for when we returned. We also enjoyed the pictures too!”

“This was my first time leaving our puppy Fritz and first time using Rover. I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Adrienne! I appreciated the daily check ins and pics/videos and I could tell that Fritz was happy and content and well cared for. I would recommend Adrienne and will use her again the next time we go out of town without the pup.”

“Thank you so much for watching Bowey! We truly appreciate you taking such good care of him! Also it was super helpful when our trip got extended and you were able to watch him a few extra days! We will definitely be in touch for future stays!”

About: I’ve grown up with big dogs my entire life. I’m not afraid of any dog and am willing to accommodate to any of their needs since both of my dogs currently require individual care for their medical needs! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups!! Weekends I am also pretty free since I’m not in school currently and off for the summer! I have 2 dogs myself and I get up with them in the mornings, let them out, feed them, and play with them every morning. I usually then in the afternoon take them out again for an afternoon potty break and play with them outside again. Finally, around 5, I will feed both of them and take them on a nightly walk. I also love to cuddle with my dogs at home and give them lots of treats!!

“Great with both dogs When we got home they were themselves like we didn't even leave Pictures were sent each day and any concerns she had I am so glad I find her; she is a wonderful person”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8. I have had dogs in my household and taken care of friends, family, and neighbors dogs. I also have experience working at a breeder with just born puppies and small dogs alike. I am currently working part time so I have time to play and take dogs for walks! I also am a track and field runner and staying active is my favorite! I am available mostly during weekdays but can only work a few weekends here and there depending on the situation. At my house we do have an electric fence for our two dogs so they stay in the yard and don’t run out on the street. If at a clients home they don’t have a fence I will use leashes to ensure their safety and my safety. I am able to crate dogs if need be. My two fur balls at my house are two mini golden doodles and love to play with other dogs. Labs, beagles, Pomeranians you name it they get along with it. I have a welcoming environment in my home with toys, beds, coaches, treats, and cuddles!!

About: I’ve been a dog owner since I was four years old. I’ve had pets of varying sizes and activity levels, from a 100 pound collie to an 8 pound toy poodle. My current apartment doesn't allow pets, so in the meantime I’m looking to vicariously live through your fur baby! I work a hybrid corporate job with typical business hours. I have limited daytime availability depending on the location, but full availability in the mornings, late afternoon/evenings, and on weekends. Safety is my top priority. I make sure all dogs stay leashed when outdoors in a non-fenced area. I make sure doors are locked when I leave and the pet is properly crated (if applicable) with fresh water.

About: With 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, I am dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for your furry family members. I understand the unique needs of each pet and prioritize their comfort and happiness. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I am committed to ensuring your pet receives the attention and care they deserve. Rest assured, your animals will be in experienced hands! I am currently working part time as a nurse so I will have plenty of free time to spend with your pets! I am available in the evening after 4pm, all day on Thursdays, and weekends. In my role as a pet sitter, I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment for pets in their own homes. I follow the specific care routines and preferences outlined by the pet owner to ensure consistency and familiarity for the pet. This includes adhering to feeding schedules, maintaining exercise routines, and providing regular playtime and companionship. I am attentive to the pet's needs, monitoring their behavior and health, and ensuring they have access to fresh water at all times. I also maintain a clean and organized space, including regular waste disposal and cleaning up after playtime. Communication with the pet owner is key; I provide updates on their pet's well-being and any notable activities or concerns. My goal is to minimize stress for both the pet and the owner, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
