About: Hi, I'm Lori! I have been involved in animal rescue & pet sitting for many years. I've always had pets of my own as far back as I can remember. From simple potty breaks to giving medication, I have experience with just about anything. Senior pets are my weakness, but I'm not picky- I've even sat for a pig! Trusting your pet's care to a stranger can be worrisome, I know from experience. My goal is to provide the care I'd want for my own animals. ❤️ Pet sitting is my full time job so my schedule revolves around pet care! Advance notice is preferred, but I can usually help if something comes up on short notice! My goal has always been to keep my client's pets' routines as normal as possible. Rescue work exposed me to animals with many different needs and personalities; giving me invaluable experience. I will care for your pet and home like it's my own.
“Mikayla was so great with our cats, even when they got into trouble and made a mess. She sent us great photos and I'm confident that our cats were well cared for while we were gone!”

“Anna was wonderful in caring for our dog and cat! This was the longest we have been away from our animals and weren’t sure how they would handle it. They absolutely loved Anna, and she cared for them like they were her own. Her calm and caring demeanor helped them feel at ease. On our return, the house was just how we left it and the animals were happy, showing no signs of anxiety over us being gone. She stayed in contract and kept us informed on how they were doing. It helped put my mind at ease with being gone for so long. Anna was great, we will use her services again and highly recommend her!”

“Had a great experience with Madison, she did 3x daily drop in visits for our cat and dog while we were out of town. She was a clear communicator, easy to get ahold of, and sent pics every visit showing the pets playing and getting treats. She also collected our mail and put it on the table. Would recommend!”

“She has taken great care of my dogs while I'm at work and they need to go outside. Sends pictures as I requested. I recommend her to anyone that needs someone for drop ins, etc.”

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life and have been doing pet sitting for friends and family since I can remember. I seem to connect with pets better than a humans :😊 I have never met a pet I don’t love or love me back. Your furry family members will be in her best hands and ger a lot of love and attention when you are away. I work two part time jobs 9-1pm 4-8/9pm 5 days a week sometimes the days vary. I go to the gym 3-5 days a week I hang out with my little sister twice a week when my schedule allows. I am hoping to return to collage next fall for Vet Tech. My days and schedules are pretty flexible. I live down town Sioux Falls in a studio with my cat, kiwi! I have a reliable car and can get to your home wing no worries
About: I have always had a strong love for any animal. I grew up on a farm with a wide variety of animals (that I mostly brought home). I showed animals in the county fair, trained dogs, and have now raised 2 of my own dogs. I can’t wait to love and care for your pets in anyways needed! I currently work during the day and have my summers off! I have my own dog who lives with me, who is very spoiled! I’m looking to spoil some more fur-friends! Reach out with any questions! I have an out door leash, a hand held leash, and a radius collar. Customers may choose which one they would like me to use. I am a very flexible person and will meet each individual need when possible.
About: I grew up on a hobby farm with almost any critter you could imagine. We used our space to foster and rehabilitate animals, mostly dogs, cats, and horses. Through working with local humane societies, animal trainers, and breeders I think I have a very good understanding of animal behaviors and how to manage them. Working with animals has been a soul salve in my life and I love guiding animals through all stages of learning. I have slots of time all throughout my week where I am available to walk and check in on pets. Sunday is a free day. Monday and Tuesday I am free after 12, Wednesday-Friday I am free 6am-12, 5pm throughout the evening. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have a space that would allow to to board pets, but I am able to care for pets in their own homes. I am very communicative and I will work with you on your pet's specific needs and requirements, as well as any enrichment activities you would like to try.
About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.
About: I’ve spent over 4 years caring for my own pittie and grew up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and personalities. That hands-on experience taught me patience, consistency, and how to handle both high-energy pups and laid-back seniors. I am available on weekday evenings and throughout the weekends, offering flexible and reliable pet care to accommodate your schedule and your pet’s unique needs. I provide pet care in the comfort of your home, where your pets feel safest. Whether it’s daily walks, potty breaks, or pet sitting, I follow your pet’s routine and any special instructions closely. About: Is the thought of leaving your dog in a boarding facility with strangers where they won’t get one on one attention causing you grief? Working from home means I’m here all day to give your pup the attention they deserve, and they will be treated like family. With two Chihuahuas and a Shiba Inu of my own, I’ve got plenty of experience with little dogs—including the “spicy” ones that not everyone has patience for. We love the yappers and nappers in this house! Here’s what your dog can expect: • Safe playtime in a fully fenced-in backyard • Lots of love and snuggles • Flexible care to match their routine (feeding, potty breaks, meds if needed) • Updates galore with photos and videos so you know they’re happy I specialize in caring for small to medium sized dogs, just like my own, and can separate pups from mine as needed depending on temperament. Big dogs are great, but this daycare is designed for the little ones! 🐶 If you’ve got a small pup who needs a safe, loving place to spend the day (or night!), I’d love to welcome them into my home. I work remotely from home, so my schedule for pet care is somewhat flexible. For daycare in my home, I do not take more than two dogs at a time as I want to be sure both my dogs and your dogs are getting sufficient attention. I’m very open to quick drop-in visits for feeding and potty breaks at your home as needed during the day and early evening. I have two Chihuahuas and a Shiba Inu, and they’re definitely spoiled! Since I work from home, they get lots of attention, playtime in the backyard every few hours, and plenty of evening snuggles. On nice days, we take the younger pups for leashed walks. My oldest dog is recently disabled, so I’m experienced with giving extra care like carrying her outside, assisting with walking, helping with potty breaks, and administering medication daily. We don’t have kids, so our dogs truly are our babies. Any dog staying with us will get the same love and care. Our multi-level home also makes it easy to separate dogs if needed, depending on temperament. I’m very communicative and will send as many photo and video updates as you’d like so you always feel connected.
“Matt was very attentive and went above and beyond while he cared for my two large dogs. It was a relief to know that my dogs were in good hands while I was away for a week. I would not hesitate to rebook with Matt in the future or refer him to friends and family in need of pet sitting services.”

About: I've house sat several family friends because they know how much I love doing it. I'm 4 hours from my hometown, yet families will still ask if I'd like to come home for the weekend to take care of their dogs! Yes, the extra income is nice, but it's less of a chore and more of an enjoyment for me. I try to volunteer at shelters throughout the year, walking dogs and such, and my schedule definitely opens up in the summer. I'm a teacher, and I'd love to spend my summer helping your family out and keeping your pets happy!

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up with animals taught me how to read their behavior, provide daily care, and make them feel comfortable and safe. I have experience feeding, walking, cleaning up after pets, administering basic care, and giving them plenty of attention and exercise. I also have experience helping train puppies, including basic commands, leash manners, house-training routines, and positive reinforcement techniques. I enjoy working with young dogs and helping them learn good habits while building their confidence. I currently care for my own pets and understand how important it is to treat every animal as if they were my own. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care so pet owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and am available most weekdays, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. This allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they deserve, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, check-ins, or overnight stays. While I generally prefer not to work weekends, I may be available on a case-by-case basis with advance notice. My goal is to provide reliable, attentive care and make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal as possible. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special needs. I make sure pets have fresh water, a clean environment, plenty of attention, and lots of love while their owners are away. I pay close attention to pets’ behavior and wellbeing and will communicate with owners if I notice anything unusual. I understand that trust is important when someone is caring for a beloved pet, so I treat every animal and home with respect and care. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.
