“Melissa and her family where fantastic with our babies. Anna and Olaf looked to be very comfortable and loved. She updated us thought our vacation and we felt that she and her family welcomed our babies with such care. We will definitely be booking with her in the future. Thank you so much for the care you showed us, we appreciate you!”

“My dog has stayed with Angie multiple times now and loves it! Staying with Angie feels like going to Disney for him :) He loves all of the room to run around and has made friends with her dogs. He can't wait for his next stay!”

“Melissa was really great and kept good care of Nash! She kept me updated and sent me pictures throughout the day without me having to ask. He was super tired when we picked him up so I could tell he had fun! I will definitely use her in the future!”

“Melissa‘s kindness, sincerity, and genuine warmth shine through from the moment you meet her. Her home has that same welcoming energy –comfortable safe and full of thoughtful touches. The meat-and-greet Melissa offered before the stay was generous and reassuring, and Copper, her pup, was the perfect host - basically the mayor of hospitality town! He welcomed Peanut like an old friend and immediately showed her around. Melissa was flexible, thoughtful, and attentive, and she sent photos and videos throughout Peanut’s stay that absolutely made my day. Peanut came home ready for a nap, content, and clearly well-cared for - the Holy Trinity of a perfect pup vacation! Copper even taught Peanut how to go down the stairs, which definitely deserves its own merit badge. I am grateful for people like Melissa who create a safe, honest, and welcoming space for visiting pups. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, trustworthy, and genuinely caring home for their dog. You almost want to ask if she offers human boarding too. Melissa is agem – five stars, many tail wags, and a standing ovation from Peanut.”

“Krysten is wonderful with Addie. Great quick communication with questions about care and habits of Addie to enhance her quality of care. Nice photos throughout her weekend stay to keep us informed of her wellbeing at a new sitter's home. Will rebook again for sure!”

“Archie had a great stay with this wonderful family who all seem to love animals. The were very accommodating and responsive and kept me updated throughout weekend. Will definitely be rebooking in future!”

“They are wonderful! They were so communicative and flexible. We have no doubts that our dog was loved on and well taken care of! We will happily go to them again!!”

“Jamie did the best job watching Mushka! I felt very at ease leaving our dog with her from our initial meeting. Her home, personality, family, and dogs were all green lights from the start! And Mushka came home after our trip relaxed and tired. Thank you Jamie and family for keeping our dog safe and happy while we were away! Made us feel anxiety free!”

About: I have my own fur babies of 5 cats and one 16 year old dog. House is a little chaotic but loving and caring. Each animal has their own needs and I provide them with everything in the world and more. Anything that will work around my college schedule will be most beneficial. Part time jobs can be hard in this economy especially with 18 credit hours this semester. Being able to cuddle and hangout with animals while I can maintain school work sounds like a blast. Your pets are not just pets but they are your babies. I will take care of them like I take care of my own fur babies. They will become one of my fur babies while I take care of them. My pets get their medicine on time, fed on time, and always have water available. Litter boxes get cleaned regularly to keep up with odors.
“Pup loved his time there! He actually seemed torn - go home, or stay with the fun sitter! He can be quite a handful, but they seemed to love him! Definitely going to be a return customer!”

“Shayla is very responsive and great to work with. She treats your dog like one of her own. She has an awesome large fenced in back yard with so much space to play. I loved all the pictures and updates she sends. Will definitely be back for more stays!”

“I had a great experience! My dog can be a bit anxious (and he’s a big boy), but he was so well cared for and clearly felt comfortable. It gave me peace of mind knowing they’ve handled an English Mastiff before. I loved the daily updates and photos, and he got plenty of outdoor time which he loves. He came home happy and completely tuckered out. I'd absolutely book again!”

“Trisha was so friendly and genuinely cared for my dogs. She kept in touch with me with pictures and updates. I new they were well taken care of. I will definitely use her again.”

“Zach has watched our highly anxious dog twice now and he has done such a great job both times!! We can enjoy our vacations knowing our dog is in such great hands with Zach!”

“Christina B is an absolute Rockstar hero. She and her family helped my boy and I when in a tough spot. They truly extend themselves around those that come into their care. I picked him up and though he was excited to see me I know they made their home his too. I cannot express enough gratitude for her professionalism and care.”

“We are so happy we had Larysa watch our dog Millie while we were out of town! She treated our pup like one of her own and sent us lots of updates so we felt at ease that she was in great hands. We will definitely use Larysa again and Millie will be so excited to go back!”

“Elizabeth was wonderful! She was so friendly and communicative about when she would check in, and she sent photos to update us. She gave our fur babies lots of attention and love. We will absolutely ask her to cat-sit again if we need to! Thanks again, Lizzie!”

“Miss Madison is amazing! She took such great care of both my babies. She boarded my senior dog and did drop in visits on my cat. Madison also has a senior dog so it was nice for him to have a companion he could keep up with! She sent lots of pictures and updates during my trip that gave me the warm and fuzzies that my animals were in great care. I plan to book with her again soon! Thank you again Miss Madison!”

“Tyrone did drop in visits to take care of my cat. He did a good job, sent me photos of my pet from the visit, and checked in & out for his visit. He even brought in my mail while I was gone! I recommend Tyrone”
“Trudy was timely and professional, spent time playing with/petting my cats while I was away! It is nice to have somebody give them human interaction rather than a stop and go. Would book again!”

“Sydney was pleasant, attentive and a delight to meet! I look forward to working with her in the future as she helps me bathe, groom and care for my dogs. Randy her Vizla was a perfect gentleman, so well behaved and a very friendly pup.”

“Elain arrived promptly for the bathing and grooming appointment for my dog. She was very calm, confident, comfortable and and efficient with the bathing and blow dry. I will definitely continue to have her come regularly to bath and groom my long haired dogs. Highly recommended!”

“I’m late on this review. Amanda was amazing with our “Boys”. They were not stressed when we got home. It was like we were only gone for a bit. Her check ins and pictures were so appreciated. Would recommend her over and over.”

“Zach did a wonderful job taking care of my kitties and mice! Though he didn't have a lot of experience with mice, he jumped right in and was ready to learn! He was reliable and even came back over when my lock wasn't working correctly to make sure my animals weren't alone! Thank you!”

About: Cats have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I understand that cats have unique personalities and preferences, and I enjoy getting to know each one individually. Whether a cat loves attention or prefers their own space, I’m patient and respectful of their boundaries. I have experience with daily feeding, maintaining clean litter boxes, monitoring behavior and wellbeing, and keeping cats comfortable while their owners are away. I’m also familiar with caring for multiple cats at once and making sure each one gets the attention and care they need. As someone who has grown up with cats and currently cares for my own, I know how important it is to have a trustworthy person looking after them. My goal is to make your cat feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while giving you peace of mind.

“Brittany did a wonderful job watching our two cats. We have a cat who gets anxious when we leave and tends to pee on furniture or clothes if we are gone more than a day or two. We were gone for five days and there were no such incidents thanks to Brittany’s attentive care. Our animals seemed happy and content as if we hadn’t left at all, and it was such a relief to come home to relaxed animals in a clean home. 10/10, thank you Brittany!”

About: I grew up surrounded by farm cats, and I was always the one who noticed when a kitty needed a little extra love. If a cat looked lonely or shy, I couldn’t help but sit with them until they felt safe — I even took one home once and raised her as my own. I love playing with cats, learning their quirks, and respecting their sass (because let’s be honest, they’ve earned it). Whether your cat wants cuddles, playtime, or just someone who understands their moods, I’m here to give them gentle, reliable care while you’re away.
About: As far back as I can remember, my family always had at least one dog/cat, each one of them holding a special place in my heart. I, now, am a proud dog parent of two Blue Heelers, Izzy and Brutus. I love every kind of dog and cat. I have experience with elder dog care and puppy care. I have a job where I work Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. All 12 hour days. So, I would be completely booked up on those days. The other days I would be incredibly happy to spend time with your little loved one! I would make sure to have clear and open conversations with you about your animals throughout the day/night. I can give updates on when they go to the bathroom. I can, also, send pictures of them.

“Madison did an excellent job taking care of my cat. She’s not afraid to learn new things. I could tell she got to know his personality and I loved the reports and pictures sent thru the app.”

“Olivia is the best. She takes such great care my cat. Always sends me pictures of my cat Chance! Totally recommend her for any pet sitting!! She always reaches out with any concerns with my cat! 🐈”

About: I've house sat several family friends because they know how much I love doing it. I'm 4 hours from my hometown, yet families will still ask if I'd like to come home for the weekend to take care of their dogs! Yes, the extra income is nice, but it's less of a chore and more of an enjoyment for me. I try to volunteer at shelters throughout the year, walking dogs and such, and my schedule definitely opens up in the summer. I'm a teacher, and I'd love to spend my summer helping your family out and keeping your pets happy!

About: Hi I’m Josie! :) Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes me happy. I offer boarding, daycare, walks, house sitting, and drop-in visits with a calm, attentive, hands-on approach to care. I’m home full-time so I have a flexible schedule & provide a safe environment where dogs can feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at ease. I have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I always make sure each dog feels understood, cared for, & comfortable when in my care. Because I’m home throughout the day, dogs get lots of supervision, attention, outdoor time, affection, play, and enrichment. I love creating an environment where dogs will get mental stimulation and interaction tailored to their personality and energy level. Whether your dog loves playing, exploring, relaxing in the sun, sniffing around outside, or just staying close by, I adjust their day to what makes them happiest, and I make sure to send lots of updates while doing so! :) I have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, explore, sunbathe, and play while being closely supervised. Dogs in my care are provided with toys, puzzles/sniffing games, outdoor time, water play, walks, and one-on-one interaction. My dog Ivy is very friendly, laid back, calm, and enjoys being around other dogs. She loves having another dog around to play with, relax beside, or explore with, and gets along great and is very respectful with other furry friends. 😊 With owner approval, I’m happy to take dogs on trail walks, city walks, or sniff walks. If not no worries—we have plenty of enrichment, playtime, and exercise opportunities right at home. Doggy daycare is a great option for pups who need company while you’re at work, running errands, need a break in their routine / week, or simply want a fun day or couple of hours filled with enrichment, play, attention, and exercise instead of being home alone or spending long hours in a kennel. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and energy levels, from high-energy breeds to anxious or shy pups who need a little extra patience. If I host multiple dogs, it’s only when all owners are comfortable with it and the dogs are a good fit. Otherwise, your dog will receive my full attention and care. I understand that trusting someone with your pet—and sometimes your home—is a big deal. You can expect reliability, clear communication, love for your pet, and respect for your space while you’re away. Whether you’re heading out of town, have a busy work schedule, need care during the day, or simply want peace of mind while you’re away, I’m here to care for your dog as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for every step of the way. Your pup’s safety and wellbeing are my #1 priority! Please feel free to message me if you’d like to set up a meet and greet, book a service, or if you have any questions about my care. 🐾

“One of the VERY FEW people we trust to watch our pups.💛 Always quick to respond & is great with updates too! They love hanging with her pup & are always so excited when we pull up to her house!”

About: I would love to take care of your fur babies in our ‘pups paradise’! I live just a few minutes West of Sioux Falls on 20 acres! There is plenty of room for your fur babies to run, play & enjoy some time in the country! I have tons of experience caring for critters of all ages… from young to elderly… low energy to tons of energy…. and the super social to not so social. I love them all! I am currently working from home which allows me the opportunity to take extra special care of your four-legged family members. This includes time outside & plenty of play time! I have a very large, fenced backyard where your pups can run and play! Whether they are social and enjoy playing with others or appreciate a little more solitude, I can adjust the space to meet their needs and keep them safe & comfortable while you’re away!
About: I provide loving, attentive care for dogs in the Sioux Falls area and have years of experience caring for my family’s and relatives’ dogs while they’re on vacation. Your pup will be treated like part of the family in a safe, comfortable home environment. My home features a fully fenced backyard, upper and lower living levels, and one of my favorite (and most dogs’ favorite!) features—a full glass sunroom that overlooks the backyard. It’s the perfect spot for dogs to relax, soak up the sun, and keep an eye out for rabbits and other wildlife. I have a 1.5-year-old chiweenie named Copper who is very active, friendly, and gets along well with all dogs. Before Copper, I had my chug, Kewley, for 16.5 wonderful years, so I’m experienced with dogs of all ages. Copper is crate trained and is crated during short outings like when I attend church. Weather permitting, we go on daily walks, and your dog will be welcome to join us! For long term stays, we may also enjoy visiting small dog parks almost daily to burn off energy and have fun. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I work from home full-time, so pets get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. Weather permitting we will go on walks and possibly the dog park if all parties are ok with that. I will send daily pics/videos throughout the stay. Some photos may be consider professional portraits :) I live alone with my ChiWeenie Copper as mentioned. My neighborhood is full of dogs and the people are friendly. Overall, it is a quiet neighborhood on a quiet street. Pets can be crated at anytime if owner prefers. I plan on not having more than 3-4 dogs at a time. Small-Medium size dogs only.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and caged animals since I was little. I also worked at Petco grooming for a few years. We have 2 Chihuahuas of our own, 2 Sphynx and an Axolotl. In our home we are very careful to not let our animals out loose, we take them on a leash if they aren’t in the yard and kennel our dogs when we leave.
“Mable is usually very nervous with new people but she did great! Paige made her feel comfortable but not just her…ME!!! I would definitely use Paige again and would recommend her for anyone! Thank you again for such great care of Mable! She has a rough day traveling and sitting in the airport all day and I can tell you took great care of her!!!”

“Ciri had SO much fun! We were both a little nervous since it was her first time being with someone she wasn’t familiar with, but Craig and Melissa made sure she felt at home! Craig would send me pictures and updates throughout the day which definitely helped ease my anxiety. Every night I brought Ciri home, she was EXHAUSTED from having so much fun going on walks and playing outside. Will definitely be booking with them again.”

Now I dog‑sit and love your puppies when you can’t be there. I’ve watched dogs for many of my neighbors, and they’ve been so happy with the care I give that they often recommend me to their friends and family. I’d love to meet your furry best friend next! I understand that trust is important when someone is caring for a beloved pet, so I treat every animal and home with respect and care. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.
About: Growing up I've always had pets of all shapes and sizes. My household was almost like a shelter because we would often take in strays and friends pets they could not longer care for. Neighbors and friends would also ask me to pet sit while they away or check in/walk their animal if they're gone too long. Because of all this I've cared for many cats and dogs of various ages so I understand what kind of care each animal may need. I'm currently working part time with a very flexible schedule so I'll always have time to care. I'm also almost always around on holidays! At home I have three cats and two dogs (I'm not the only caretaker), and they're all incredibly friendly. Our house is a little small so another location is preferred.
About: As far back as I can remember, my family always had at least one dog/cat, each one of them holding a special place in my heart. I, now, am a proud dog parent of two Blue Heelers, Izzy and Brutus. I love every kind of dog and cat. I have experience with elder dog care and puppy care. This gives me the flexibility to be there for your pup throughout the day while still managing my workload responsibly. Your dog will enjoy having someone around to give them attention, playtime, and the personal care they deserve! Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. I live in a one-bedroom apartment where I can host pets, and I’m also able to provide walks and potty breaks. I’m flexible and always open to clear communication with owners.
About: I have experience dealing with dogs with special needs and dogs of all ages. I am also reliable, communicate well, and have a genuine love for dogs! I currently work part time so I have both time before and after work to be able to walk your dog. I have very flexible time. Whether at my place or yours, pets get lots of love and attention! I make sure they're comfy, safe, and sticking to their regular routines.
About: I have had dogs my entire adult life, up to 7 at one time, including a husky. I now only have 1, since I had to move and left the rest with my old roommate (some were his anyway, and I took the one that had chosen me as his human). Every dog I've ever had was properly trained to at least sit on command - with or without a treat. When I had the 7, I could have the pack surround me, and call them one by one for their treat, and only the one called would reach. People have watched my dog's behavior out in public and have aske if I could train their dogs! I have no formal training for dog training, but I did grow up watching Caesar on Animal Planet, and implemented his behavior training techniques with all of my own dogs when they were puppies, or from the time I accepted them in as strays. I have cared for others pets in the past, but not in a professional capacity. I sat for a friend of mine at her house, caring for 3 dogs and a cat. I fed the cat in the morning and at night and cleaned her litter box once a day. The dogs got fed on the same schedule, and spent the majority of the day outside in the fenced back yard unless it was raining. I went outside and threw balls and sticks for them a few times each day, for about an hour or so each time. I currently do not have a job, so I am available full time, any day or time. I have my own dog who prefers to not let me out of his sight, and will cry if I leave him at home alone, so getting a traditional job while living in an apartment is out of the question. With that said, I would need to bring him with me. He is going on 10 years old, and has never met a dog or person he didn't love. I am glad to bring him for a meet and greet before any commitments are made. Every dog has a way to let you know they need something. My dog prefers to attempt cuddles when he needs anything, leaving me playing a guessing game until I get it right. He gets super excited when I get it right! As a senior dog, I leave his food out 24/7, and check it in the mornings when I get up and at night when I go to bed to make sure it's not empty. If I notice that it's empty at any point during the day, I simply refill it. Same with his water. His potty schedule is pretty much the same - first thing in the morning, any time he asks during the day, and then one last trip out at bedtime. I know not every dog can follow this schedule, but I have also had dogs who needed me to set alarms to take them out every hour or two, until they were properly house trained. All I need from you is your dogs schedule.

“Krysten is wonderful with Addie. Great quick communication with questions about care and habits of Addie to enhance her quality of care. Nice photos throughout her weekend stay to keep us informed of her wellbeing at a new sitter's home. Will rebook again for sure!”

“Amazing caretaker for our dog. So attentive and caring. We always hated leaving our dog at a big kennel since there was so much less direct attention. This was a fantastic experience, especially because of Amber and Calissa.”

“I can’t say thank you enough to Marnie and Jeffery! ❤️ This was our first time using rover (we don’t leave our dogs much) and it was an amazing experience! They loved on Murphy extra on his birthday with pup cups, party hats, and treats. I’d be lying if I said my eyes didn’t water seeing those pictures 🥹 We have a few more weddings this year and I’m crossing my fingers they’ll take Murphy and Nala for a few more overnights because I know they’ll be safe and loved! What more could you want?❤️”
