9. Walter V.
“Walter's wife Gabi took extra special care of our dog Bully. We had never used Rover.com. Gabi was AMAZING and Extremely Professional!!! She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was properly cared for. Bully accidentally ran out of her food and Gabi happily bought her food as well. She always sent pictures and there was lots of communication about the visits and walks. She also took amazing care of our home. I would recommend Gabi and Walter to anyone who wants complete peace of mind while on vacation. I will only use Gabi in the future if we need a dog sitter.”

About: I love animals and have been house sitting and dog/pet walking for more than 35 years as a side job. I live in central Tucson and cover a large radius, including Catalina and Saddlebrook. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs and love cats! I have even cared for llamas, horses, chickens, and goats while their owners were on vacation. When you hire me, you need not worry— I am patient, dependable, and trustworthy. I not only let your dog out during house visits, I also play and make sure they get enough excercise during my visits. During housesitting jobs, I will check your mail amd water plants in addition to caring for your animals. As a standard amenity during housesitting jobs, I send photos and a daily report during to make sure dog moms and dads know their pets are being taken care of. I am self employed and can work around most vacation and pet schedules. My schedule is very flexible and I work with my clients’ needs. Please contact for more information, I will take animals in, but prefer to care for them on site because they tend to be more comfortable.

“Steve was great!!”
18. Amanda M.
“Amanda was such a sweet and attentive sitter for Denver! She gave great updates during her visits with him and followed our care instructions perfectly. Thank you, Amanda!”
19. Jessie F.
“If Jessie is applying for a job with Rover - Hire her now. Jessie was a pet sitter for our beloved dog, Logan. She not only came to love Logan as much as we did but went above and beyond her duties as my pet sitter. For instance, when it was apparent that Logan needed to be taken to the vet to be put to sleep, Jessie knew it was something that I just couldn't bring myself to do. She not only drove Logan but she stopped at Dutch Bros and bought him a "pup cup" and then insisted on being in the room when the vet put him to sleep because she didn't want Logan to be alone. Her actions speak for themselves. Jessie is a natural with pets and I highly recommend her. Anyone that chooses her to care for their pet won't regret it. She was always dependable, conscientious trustworthy and loving.”

About: I grew up on a farm, and I've worked with a ton of animals! I've house growing up was constantly filled with cows, sheep, chickens, goats, as well as your normal pets like cats, dogs, reptiles, and fish. On the farm, I trained our cattle dog to heard our cows. During college, I volunteered as a dog trainer at the local shelter to try and make reactive dogs more adoptable. I am no stranger to working hard to meet animal-focused goals! I am currently in grad school, so my schedule can be pretty random. However, I can always find times in the mornings or evenings on weekdays, and weekends are very flexible for me. I think diet, exercise, and play are critical for a pet to live their best life. I do not share human food with animals, and I stick to the treats and meals provided by their human. Hydration is also super important- for people and animals. I am also always happy to check in with you about the status of your animal, including pictures! Let me know how I can work with you to make you and your pet comfortable!
