She took care of our animals as if they were her own. She gave updates every single day and sent the best pictures. Our animals were so happy and loved while we were away. And Elba even went above and beyond when we had a tree branch from a neighboring yard fall during a storm and damage our fence. She kept me notified and sent pictures. Mariia was absolutely amazing with lotus and coco. Thanks to her I was finally able to enjoy a vacation worry and stress free. I’ve used Rover once in the past and had an awful experience with two different people canceling on me a day and two days before my trip and then the sitter that finally agreed to watch them, canceling on me after I left for my trip. My dogs can be super crazy at first and need some time getting used to someone new. Mariia came over once to meet them for a bit and then came over early the day I was leaving to spend some time with them before I left and that really helped my dogs get comfortable with her. I definitely over worry any time I’m away from my dogs and stress about whether they’re being good, but she stayed in contact with me every day sending messages and photos and it really helped me to enjoy my vacation and not worry about my dogs. I’m so happy I’ve finally found someone that I can rely on to watch them when I go on vacation. I can’t recommend her enough.
Paula (aka Maria) was excellent! Another sitter that I had booked months ago for a trip out of the country cancelled at the last minute (2 weeks before departure) and that's when I found Paula. She came for a meet and greet, asked all the right questions and we agreed we were a great fit. She took exceptionally great care of my home and my pup while I was away. She updated me daily with pictures, took care of getting the mail, watching the pool water levels and all the little things that needed attention while I was away...including making sure I had enough food for my pup when I got back. She made sure the house was left "better than she found it", something not all sitters do. I am most grateful for the peace of mind I had while away.
Marie is absolutely wonderful and we will continue to have her back for overnight pet sitting. She is a dog whisperer to our three pups, and even broke a long-standing bad behavior with our 11-year-old lab. Her daily updates are hysterically funny and we are always able to fully enjoy our vacation when she’s taking care of our most precious pups back home. Thank you, Marie!

The clearest review I can give is the fact that we will be using Kaya each and every time that she is available. She was prompt, responsive, professional, and treated our house and our dog as if they were her own. I can highly recommend her, and as I indicated, we will be using her again in the future.
I am thankful and grateful to Katarina. She stayed overnight with my three dogs for the weekend. She was reliable communicated well and sent pictures throught her stay. My dogs can be a handful but were relaxed and comfortable with her. Would recommend her and look forward to using her again.
I can’t even begin to stress just how amazing Taylor is, but I’ll give it a go. This was our first time ever using a non family member to watch our pup, who is a bit older and has some medical issues. It was our wedding week, so naturally we were stressed, but from day 1 Taylor was so communicative. Photos, updates, questions all throughout the day - it was incredible! The really big thing for us though, was just how she followed the schedule we left for her and nala to the minute! We will absolutely be using Taylor again!!!!
Kevin is an absolute gem! I recently had him watch my two dogs for three days while I was away in Phoenix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I dropped them off, I knew they were in great hands. Kevin is attentive, caring, and genuinely loves animals — my pups came back happy, well-fed, and clearly well looked after. It’s not easy finding someone you can fully trust with your fur babies, especially for multiple days at a time, but Kevin made the whole experience completely stress-free.
