Colleen did a great job with Katsu! Katsu is skittish and Colleen was able to gain her affection which was a huge relief to me while I was traveling. She also kept me up to date with pictures and updates.

I do my best to stick to your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. I like to go over feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any preferences ahead of time so I know exactly what they need. During visits, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, get exercise or playtime, and are doing well overall. I’m very communicative if anything comes up, and I always send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing.
