When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping them comfortable, safe, and on their regular routine. I respect your home as if it were my own—clean, secure, and exactly how you left it. I follow any instructions you provide closely, from feeding schedules and walk times to medications or favorite toys. I also make sure your pet gets quality time with me—whether that’s play, cuddles, or just quiet company. Communication is key, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how things are going.

Perla never showed up to take care of Isabella on a scheduled visit for February 7. When I contacted her, she said that she forgot to set an alarm and just forgot to come. I don’t feel this is acceptable. Isabella was left without her dinner and without a walk until we were able to arrive home three hours after the visit was scheduled. Prior to this Perla came on two different visits and did a very nice job, but this upsets me very much.
Perla R. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
