She was very in tune with our pups needs during their walks, and was so mindful on the very hot days to take it slow or return for water when needed. I have fostered just about any pet including goats, sheep, ponies, dogs... I love all animals (maybe more than humans, shh!) and my life has always revolved around pets. My current household includes a 9 year old male mutt, Diddy. He is friendly and playful but appreciates his snuggle time as well. Have experience with various breeds including Bullies, St Bernards, Spaniels, you name it ! I am very flexible and available for any pet needs. My pup rarely goes more than 2 hours alone, if ever, and neither will your dog. I have a fenced in yard, that has been safe for 13 sheep, 2 goats, a pony and 4 dogs all at one time. I live next to expansive conservation land with a wonderful trail through the woods for the dogs. About: I have been in the caring business since my teenage years - babysitting my younger siblings, caring for my family dog, running a summer enrichment program for at risk youth, caring for horses at a dude ranch and a western suburbs farm, minding many friends' dogs, and wrangling my own two senior dogs - brother and sister, now 14 years old. (But, so rambunctious for their first 10+ years). I love dogs and will care for your dog just as you would. One of my dogs is now blind and the other requires daily subcutaneous fluids so I am willing and able to help out with any of your pet's special needs as well..... I know how stressful it can be to ensure a routine is kept. Pet first aid and CPR certified. I am currently on a full time job hunt in marketing analytics and very available (with notice) to care for your dogs most days and evenings as I can search and do freelance work remotely. Depending on your dog's needs I can usually provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours in between errands, etc. My calendar will be updated to show days I plan to be away. At this time, I can care for pets in my client's home. I do need to bring my dogs for the overnight portion of the stay but will keep them separate in a room/space of your choosing during the evening (and on bedroom floor at night). They are very dog friendly just very sleepy and do well snoozing someplace quiet.

I am available on weekdays and weekends with a minimum of one day's notice. On same-day notice, I may still be available and accepting requests, so please contact me. However, with shorter notice, it is less likely that I will be available. In the client's house, I’m going to use caution when meeting their animal (I am in their space and need to make a positive first impression). Even if they are known to be pleasant, I will still take my time getting to know them. This allows me to earn an animal's trust while ensuring that I am aware of their behavioral cues and handling preferences. Once mutual trust is established, we’ll have a great time enjoying all of their favorite activities together while staying safe.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
