About: I have been around cats and dogs since I was a child. I love being around animals whether it’s to play, to provide them food (or treats!), medication, a clean litter box, a walk, or just a human to hang out with! My sweet cat just recently passed away. She had various health issues, so I’m aware what it takes to give them what they need. I also have experience with giving them medication. I work remotely most of the time which allows me to be flexible of when I can be available for house visits for your pets. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pets. About: I have recently lost my 14.5 year old husky who enjoyed walks every day and all the Rover dogs that stayed with us in the past with Rover boarding. I have recently added service to stay in the pet owners home as well. I love the responsibility of caring for, feeding, cleaning up after and watching dogs socialize and simply enjoy life. One of the most memorable experiences of my childhood is when our golden retriever had 11 puppies. When they were several weeks old, my Mom agreed to bring in one or two for show and tell to my fourth grade class. She couldn't decide which ones to bring and much to my surprise (as well as my classmates), she brought in all 11! I'd love to care for your pet! I work full time during the week primarily remotely. My weekends are for the most part dedicated to caring for various pets. I have lots of love and attention to give to your pet. Im not away often, only for errands or appointments I need to step out for. Plus, walks when the weather is nice! I have a fully fenced dog run to to run and play and dog proofed home. I have a young Italian greyhound and small chihuahua mix that love to play, but also take naps all day;) The pups will have free rein over the house while I’m here but if I have to leave, they will be either crated or set up comfortably in a room. I do have an extra crate available if needed. If pups aren't comfortable in a crate, they must be able to be confined to a small area. Many dogs don’t act the same way in new places when left alone as they would at home, and my top priority is their safety so I appreciate your cooperation with this! This wouldn’t be often or for long periods of time, just when I need to run out for errands or appts. A lot of my pupper parents tell me “you always send the best pics!” That’s because in my free time, I moonlight as a photographer! I offer photo sessions for pups that are staying with me for boarding. Photo sessions are $100 per session, per pup and include 10-15 high res, edited photos delivered in a downloadable album.
