“Julia welcomed our puppy Riley into her home for 6 days. It was our first experience with Rover, and bringing Riley to someone's home outside of our family. We were amazed at how Riley quickly became comfortable! He was welcomed by Julia and soon learned the daily routine. Julia sent us tons of pictures - daily walks, playing with her dog, cuddling and napping. Her knowledge of puppies and training is very deep, and her quiet way was very reassuring to us, and for Riley. She even shared maps of her favorite trails so we could continue to take riley to some of his now favorite walks. We look forward to booking with Julia in the near future. She truly is a 5 star person!”

“Kane and Collette were very accommodating when I was having difficulties with my travel plans getting to their house. They kept me updated on Bernie‘s settling at their house and Page, Their daughter was a big help.”

“Mike and Linda took such great care of our dog, Winnie! She was very clearly well cared for, and they followed all of our instructions perfectly. Winnie seemed to have a wonderful time with them, and we had total peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend—5 stars!”

“Laura and her family took great care of Winston! She has an amazing fenced in yard, two adorable dogs who made friends with mine, and clearly is a pet lover. She sent me lots of pics and updates. “Courtney. Is. Great. This was the first time leaving Albie with anyone outside of family so I was pretty nervous. We went over for a meet & greet and I felt good about her right away. She is super warm and kind and her home was the perfect calm, low-key environment for my old guy. She asked a lot of questions and made me feel confident that she was going to take good care of him. Courtney sent the cutest photos while we were away, it was nice to see how relaxed and happy he was. Albie is our *everything* and I am usually pretty anxious about him... I honestly didn't worry about him at all. I wouldn't have minded knowing more about his day-to-day but I didn't want to be "that" pet parent and ask a bunch of questions. I knew he was in great hands though and I'm sure she would have been patient with my helicopter parenting, haha. So, yes, we would absolutely trust Courtney with Albie again. I highly recommend her (and Frito!)”

“Rose was great with Gizmo! She sent me lots of pictures and updates and you can tell she takes care of each dog depending on their personality/preferences. He had a great time boarding there.”

“Nicole is great with communication. She always sends pictures and updates so I know my dog is being well cared for! We’ve boarded our dog with Nicole multiple times now and we always have a good experience.”

“Cecilia was awesome. I was able to book on super short notice and she took such good care of my boy with lots of activities, a bath, and photos for me! Highly recommend!”

About: I have cared for my neighbors dogs for the past 2 years. My work with them has included checking on them almost daily (one being a senior dog and the other being a puppy) cleaning their cages and outdoor space, as well as feeding them! A few times I have stayed overnight with them as well. I grew up caring and tending for my own dog Tucker, who is featured in most of the photos in my profile. He was a black lab border collie and until he recently passed, was my best friend in the whole world. I took him for walks daily, and as he got older and had trouble walking up the stairs, would carry him up some nights and tuck him into bed before he fell asleep. I also grew up with a bunny named Leroy who brought me so much joy! Currently I am home after graduating college! I will start my full time nursing job in mid August in Chicago, but for right now I am available Monday-Friday until Mid August. Safety is the most important thing when caring for pets in a client’s home. The most important quality I bring as a sitter is great communication. If there is an issue or I have a question, communication with the client is my top priority. Along with communication, I always respect all of the boundaries that a client may set and will always put respecting their environment on the top of my list.

“Jude was amazing with our little Minnie. He met and welcomed her in the driveway and he allowed her time to get adjusted to her new environment. Minnie spent 3 nights at Jude which we were very nervous about as we have never did in home boarding. Jude provided updates and pictures throughout her stay. Jude has an amazing home and large yard. He is nurturing and caring to all of Minnie”s needs. I highly recommend him for an overnight/boarding stay. Tracy”

About: I've been watching my neighbors dog along with cats and dogs of friends and family for 12 years now. I only work part time now and make my own hours so I have a ton of flexibility in my schedule. I love all animals and want to provide you with stress free pet care. I enjoy walks and work remote so I can fit your pet's needs into my schedule. I have 2 friendly cats and did have a Siberian Husky for over 16 years who crossed over last year. I love walking dogs and do have a small yard and live on a nice walkable street.
